Extremely honest and knowledgeable. Josh will let you know what repair must be done first and what repair can wait, just in case your pocket book can afford everything at once. It's great to know that my vehicle is well maintained and maintenance on my vehicle by All Tech Automotive.

I never write reviews for anyone but I have to write one for Josh. He’s the go-to guy for all my car problems. He does not make up stories about your car just so that he can charge you extra. He’s honest, reliable, and really good at what he does.

Josh keeps my Kia's engine in excellent condition! After the 50K tune up, the gas mileage is superb, and the engine runs so quietly! I trust his expertise on my daughter's classic Miata. He will be repairing some major things in the next month. He fixed the rear brakes today. He always gives accurate and reasonable quotes. His repairs are done right! *****Update 4/2023. Moved back to Austin. Mr. Cruz serviced my Kia a year ago before a long road trip. Will be scheduling soon another check up and some a/c work. Mr. Cruz also inspected two used cars this April 2023 as my son needed a car. He steered us from an unsafe car that had collision damage. He recommended Covert dealership. We scored a 2012 Honda Accord. Mr. Cruz inspected it and approved. It is an excellent car and will be visiting All Tech for maintenance. Best auto shop in North Austin. The guys here really know what they are doing. Great work ethic, timely, honest and transparent about repairs and cost. My car was having some electrical issues and Josh fixed it right away! This shop does a great job getting your car looked at and worked on asap and won’t have you waiting days or hours for updates and progress. I got my car back within a day. Best experience so far.

We drive old cars, 14 and 15 years old. I've taken my cars to All Tech since before Josh owned it. Josh is an amazing mechanic and one of the most honest and trustworthy people you will ever find. His prices are beyond fair. He always calls with estimates and options. He almost always beats that estimate. At least half the time, I feel like he didn't charge me enough. With other shops that might be a bit more convenient to my location, it always seems that anything they suggest that I don't do right away will break within a week or two. That's never the case with Josh.

Big sigh of relief as Josh took great care of me during a difficult time. My truck was stolen and recovered and I was bracing myself for more bad news as I anticipated a huge mechanic bill. Josh found a solution quickly that didn't break the bank. I am thankful for his honesty and expertise to get me back on the road! In a world where it is hard to come by good and honest mechanics, Josh is the man!

I started my day by thinking my car had leaked a tremendous amount of oil in the parking lot of where I work. I called All Tech and Josh said they would be happy to look at my car same day. I had the car towed to the shop, and about an hour later, I get a call from Josh letting me know that nothing was wrong with my car!! Turns out, my co-worker from the day before actually had the oil spill. Josh could easily have done any number of 'repairs' and I would never have known the difference. His honesty and integrity really blew me away. He now has a customer for life. And if you happen to have a doggy treat on you, Zeus, his big baby Rottweiler, will be happy to tell you about his day!!!! Honesty and a giant puppy, what more could you ask for?

Wow. Such an amazing experience from start to finish!!! After my car was viscously attached by a curb, it was in need of serious repair. A few places I took it to would barely look at it before giving me an estimate. Through word of mouth, I heard about Josh and his shop. I sent him previous estimates and he was able to look it over and gave me more options than I had been given before. I got a call later in the day explaining that the damage was a bit worse than we had intially thought. Without being prompted, he had sent me extensive photos showing damage. With so many shops over selling services, it really helped me see that these were actual issues and get an idea of what and why things needed to be done, as well as a few things that could wait. With a day or so, it was all fixed and my car is back to normal!!! He even attached the bottom plastic thingy under the car (pretty sure that’s the technical term for it), which really made my day so I could drive around with pride. After 6 years in Austin, I won’t ever consider anywhere else, he has my business for life! Also- never trust an auto shop without a shop dog. Zeus is adorable and was a furry bonus when I came to pick up my car. Thank you again for the great service, Josh!!!

All around awesome mechanic. I've been going to him for the past decade, even before Alltech was established. Josh is one of the few trustworthy mechanics out there. Most of all, cars are his passion. Cannot argue with honesty and passion. Will definitely return in the future! Did I forget to mention he's awesome? 😊

I started going here after a family member recommended it. At first, I was skeptical, but now, I don't go anywhere else. The owner and primary mechanic, Josh, is the most honest mechanic I've ever gone to. Once, he found a $200-300 issue that he missed after he had already started working on my car, so he fixed it free of charge. More than that, the first time I went to him, he offered a better price and faster turn-around than the dealership shop. He's always flexible with hours and has offered to stay late so I can get my car when I am actually available. I've never had a problem with his work. Unless something changes, I don't think I'll go anywhere else if I can help it.

Josh at ALL TECH is really great to deal with. Always honest (the last time i took my 2005 Sienna to him the bill was less than the estimate), friendly, experienced, and on time! I’ve been going to ALL TECH for a few years now and I’ve never been disappointed.
