From start to finish All-terrain was incredibly professional. I brought my Subaru Forrester in for front end of work and ending up. Leaving with my issues completely repaired and my car driving better than it had since I purchased it. I will definitely be a return customer. They set the bar for customer service.

This is twice now , that I've gotten both times great service on my Jeep! I had them replace all my bushings that had dry rotted, and they just did my engine, replaced all my lifters and found a cam needed replaced that had a flat lobe. They recommended replacement of the oil filter system, which I'm glad I did as they've had experienced fixing those jeep related repairs before... All in all I got great service both times , and they did the work faster than I expected which was also great because most places would take weeks to do, but they got to work right away on it, and I'm very happy with the work they've done✔️

Took my 2021 lifted Wrangler in due to the death wobble and also had a strange rattling in the rear. They did a great job diagnosing and fixing the front suspension and steering issues. However when it came to the rear they stated on the invoice, "Upon inspection with the vehicle on lift, was able to confirm that the rattling noise coming from the rear was due to a loose rear sway bar end link bolt, tightened bolts, no further rattling noises from rear at test time." BUT after driving a second time the rattle was back, which led them to believe it was my plastic hitch cover so they removed it but did not confirm it was fixed. In addition to these actions they balanced all 4 wheels/tires and did a 4 wheel alignment. Total charges for these activities was: $119+$60+$142.25 = $321.25 After picking up the Jeep, I realized the rattle was still there and not addressed. I pulled off the right rear tire/wheel to see where the rattle was coming from to find that the bolt that secures the top of the strut to the frame was completely missing. The rattle was the strut hitting off of the frame at each little bump of pothole. I called Mike before Thanksgiving and left a message and have yet to hear back from them. Disappointed that I paid to have this addressed and cannot understand after inspecting the rear suspension, removing the tires/wheels for balancing, and doing an alignment this was not found. First time going to All Terrain, I didn't have a good feeling using them to begin with, gave them a chance to win my future business, won't be returning.

I’ve always brought my jeep here, before they became All-Terrain. These folks know their stuff, and if you’re a Jeep owner, well, IYKYK. I’ve had lots of work done on my vehicle & always been happy with the quality of work & communication. It ain’t cheap, but I know when I leave, the work is done right. ✌🏽

It is very hard to find a mechanic that you can trust , and All Terrain Auto Care is just that. They took care of my husband’s truck in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and professional. This is now my preferred mechanic as long as I live in Knoxville!

Mike and the team at All Terrain were very professional and let me know what was going on as they worked on my truck. They informed me when they ran into issues and how best to resolve them. They let me know when the work was complete and worked with me to complete the payment and pick up my vehicle. I will return to All Terrain for all of my automotive needs in the future. I highly recommend these guys for your lifted vehicle needs and other automotive work as well.

I am new to the area and looked at this place to service my 2016 Rave-4. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I went in made an appointment for the next day and waited for my car. In the hour I sat in the waiting room, many people came through the doors and called on the phone. Every encounter was professional and to the point. The shop is very clean and so are the people. They checked the whole car out and gave me a report, two items needed to be addressed a cabin filter and a rear wiper blade needed replacement. All done at a very reasonable cost. I was completely impressed and will return and recommend All Terrain Auto Care. Thanks for the great service Mike.

Great service. My 07 jeep grand cherokee is back on the road. I chose All terrain auto to repair a fuel pump and fuel lines. Everything went smooth and fast. I never felt pushed to do anything that I didn't need. The technicians kept me in the loop on every detail. I received texts and calls for my updates as the job went along. I received pictures of what was being looked at or replaced. I give these guys a 5 star because of honesty and great customer service. Very clean as well. Great staff. I'll be back soon. Thanks!

I have had several different issues with my 2020 wrangler, everything from a simple air filter change to a bad camshaft but these guys have been awesome. Called just to give me updates and were able to save me over $1000 in parts/labor. I highly recommend these guys. I’ve I could give 10 stars I would!

If You are a Jeep Owner in the Knoxville Area...Highly Recommend the Bearded Gents at All Terrain. Had a Issue that taught We be out of Pocket...They went Over and Beyond and Researched,Called Dealership. And Made sure It would be on Jeep. Could they have fixed the Problem. No doubt...But They Didnt See the Need Money coming out my Pocket...Thats Customer for Life Service...Thanks Guys ...Keep Jeepin on....

Damon and the rest of the staff took in my used used truck, I just purchased, and did a full scan/ diagnostic. Whoever the previous owner was really abused it. and never took care of it. So many things wrong, others would have given up and moved on. Damon, and his crew, told me they can save my truck. Very professional, always kept in touch with me about the progress, kept me updated on the costs, honest/upfront with what needed to be done. Amazing workmanship, welcoming atmosphere, certified craftsman! I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here!! Thank you to Damon and the entire crew at All Terrain autocare!

I selected All Terrain based on their many excellent reviews. Although most customers were Jeep or Truck owners, they do service all makes and models. I took my 2022 Charger RT for oil change and inspection. They were on time with their appointment and very thorough. I waited in the lobby while the work was being done and was able to hear the staff interact with each other and other customers in person and on the phone. I was very impressed with their knowledge and customer service.

These guys do the best work in Knoxville. The staff here have a genuine passion for the work they do. Damon made it his personal goal to find the right tires and suspension for my truck. Really good with pricing too. They will work with your budget and are upfront about all costs. They may not want to see my truck again. I know that thing is a hassle to work on, but this is the only shop I’ll be taking it to from now on.

Can’t speak highly enough about Dan and his team. They continued to work on my Jeep suspension due to Dan (the owner) not being happy with how it was driving after some other repairs had been made. Dan and one of his techs, Mike, personally delivered my Jeep back to me after they finished the additional repairs. They also replaced a part that I had previously replaced and did it at no additional charge to me. I couldn’t be happier about how the Jeep handles and I know that it is safe and reliable for my wife and daughter to drive. Thanks to Dan, Mike, Josh, and Mike the technician for their care and ultimate customer service. You guys have a customer for life!
