I called 5 different times this morning to try and get a quote for a clutch assembly replacement done on my Tacoma. The first 2 times I called, it disconnected after someone kept putting me in hold. The 3rd time I called, I spoke to a lady there that said “one moment” after I explained what I was needing, and it disconnected yet again. I called back and the same thing happened. The 5th time I called, it went directly to voicemail. This is ridiculous. Im just needing a quote and whoever answered the phone couldn’t be bothered with a 5 minute phone call to get me what I needed. Hope someone in management sees this and decides to talk to whoever answers the phone. Terrible customer service

This was my first time here, had and oil change and tire rotation, and I'd definitely recommend and come back for other services. Dave is the man I dealt with at check in and check out. You can just tell when you're appreciated and wanted as a repeat customer. Great business and customer skills. No pressure or hassle. I'll be back.

All Tune and Lube is amazing! Dave, the owner is the best. He knows what he’s doing. He understands cars and also has great prices for his outstanding work! Bought a Groupon for an oil change. When I scheduled the oil change, nothing was said about having to buy a full synthetic instead of the blend. So he would not honor my Groupon. And it's too late to get a refund from Groupon. Bad business!

This place is so helpful and the gentleman who helped me with my car trouble was so nice. Sweet dog was so friendly and came right up to me to get petted. Very nice and helpful staff. I will always take my car there!

All tune staff is awesome. We have all our work on our car done there. The owner is honest and will tell you if they can do the work for a better price or if somewhere else is better. High quality car care. They have coupons for service groupings.

Best general service mechanic in the area. Great prices compared to the jiffy lube and discount oil chains, friendly service, and great deals are sent regularly if you sign up for their email. Dave is awesome and it’s an even better experience when he brings his German wire haired pointer to the shop!

Great customer service. The owner made an honest mistake and was swift to fix it. The owner was very transparent about everything, the service was quick both times I went in, and the prices were very reasonable! Also, the owner’s dog is so sweet and loves to play tug of war with his little red rag. I would definitely recommend this place .

I bought a Groupon deal for an oil change only. By the time I'm set to leave, they tell me several things wrong with my car in which some were true statements but they threw in 2 issues that would have costed a few hundred $ a piece to have fixed that I just learned there is nothing wrong with. I would say between the 2 things they told me was wrong and it really wasnt would have probably cost about $600 at least! I'm a bit angry about the situation but I still loved the sweet dog that kept me company the whole time I was waiting. The staff was very friendly dont get me wrong but I was lied to.
