I normally only go to dealerships to get my car fixed on. I came here after almost being charged $6500 from Honda stating I need a new head gasket … I found this shop on google they were able to look at my car and find the issue and it was not my head gasket I ended up paying $600 for a new fan, spark plugs and something else I can’t remember lol but ANYWAYS I will forever come here! The people here are so nice treat you like family & always explaining what’s going on w your vehicle and most of all they are not money hungry at all they are very reasonable! I been having my car now for a couple of weeks now and no issues at all!!!!

First words that the owner Rafael said to me when I called for a quote on a full paint job for my truck was “if you don’t like it don’t pay me”, needless to say that made me confident that if he messed up the paint job he would make it right. We ended up adding on a spray in bedliner, putting in a Dashskin cover, and replacing the shroud around my blinker. He later addressed an electrical issue that may or may not have been preexisting. Nevertheless whether it was preexisting or not when I paid Rafael he pocketed it and never gave me a receipt. My paint job does not look good. There are swirls in it where it looks like they buffed or wet sanded too deep and went through the clear coat, chips and dimples are also in the paint. They did a terrible job installing my Dashskin cover, they either used something that took the paint off of it or did a horrible job painting it. It did not need to be painted in the first place. They redid it and it still has scuffs on the edges and looks tacky, I’m going to take it back off, buy a new one and put it on myself. The biggest insult throughout this process was Rafael and how many times he denied something was their fault and when proven wrong didn’t apologize or say “my fault I was wrong”, he just acted like it didn’t happen. 3 examples, he swore up and down they didn’t mess up my Dashskin and that it was sent like that when they did indeed scratch it and try to cover it up, he was certain that I did not give them the correct door bushings when I had to drive up there and in seconds I showed them where they went, lastly he told me the swirl marks were because I did not use the right type of cloth to wash it, I asked him what that was and he said a microfiber cloth which is indeed what I used. I spent $5000 with these guys and am not happy with anything they did. Also they need to pay more attention to peoples interiors, they dripped paint, scuffed trim pieces, and dropped sealant on my seat in two places. Stay away from these guys, look at the last text after I put this review in.

I want to clear up a misunderstanding with Prime Collision and Allen Auto same address different people, stay away from a guy named Rico he's not trustworthy, he over charged me but if I hadn't said anything he was going to keep my money we took our son's car there because he said he was going to fix it, listen to it yourself and let me know what you think!!!

This place is super down to earth when it comes to car problems. The staff is friendly and nice to chat with! I have gone in multiple times for issues I was expecting to take long or cost a lot but in the end, came out with my day still available to me and at a cost that can't be beat!

A small business that deserves all the business. Rafael is great. My wife and I got into a wreck not far from the shop so I ran over there and asked for some help. Rafael not only got me a tow truck within 10 minutes but also had my wife's car worked on and finished quickly. If you like good, trustworthy people then Rafael is your guy. Highly recommend

I was recently in a car accident. I researched Allen’s Auto repair and Collision. I chose this place because of the reviews. I’ll be the first to say Raphael and his team did not disappoint. An amazing job is and under statement. Raphael was professional ,honest , knowledgeable and a man of his word. I would give 10 stars if I could. This shop will not try and charge you an arm and a leg. I was shopping around mechanics looking for the best rate to diagnose and fix my overheating car and they did a wonderful job, were very friendly, and charged me much less than the shop across from my house that I went to initially. Would highly recommend if you want a mechanic you can trust won't cheat you out of hundreds of dollars.

I am one happy Canadian. I just drove up from Canada and made it here to Texas however a few days later my car was overheating. I called Tammy over at Allen's Auto and she was absolutely more than helpful. She managed to get me on the same day. Bob the mechanic was absolutely amazing as well. I felt as though I had known them forever, they were efficient and timely. My gratitude goes to out to them, Raphael included! Y'all save your time and money. The people that work here are terrible at their jobs and treat their customers terribly. There are too many good mechanics in Dallas to give your business to. Do yourself some good and go elsewhere.

Absolutely an awesome shop. My girlfriend and I were having some pretty severe truck problems while on a road trip from 15+ hrs and needed it fixed ASAP to get back on the road. They really took care of us when they totally could have screwed us over without us being able to do anything about it. Raphael and all the mechanics were honest and went really far out of their way to get the right parts at the right price for us. They worked very quickly because of our time crunch. Everything was super transparent and fair. Price was awesome. I’m always a little skeptical when I go to a mechanic for the first time, but I looked into everything they said and they were as honest as could be; I know “enough” about cars to know when someone is telling the truth. Allen Auto Repair was truthful through and through and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Totally awesome, and when I move to Dallas they will be my go to shop!

I went in to get my rear bumper repaired and the service was excellent and at an great price($400 less than 2 other places I checked out). The owner Raphael was great. You can tell he does everything he can for the customer and is looking to get the job done right at a good price. I dropped my car off in the morning before work and Raphael even offered me a ride to work insisting that I shouldn’t spend money on an Uber. Cesar was my mechanic and he did an excellent job and did it all very quickly as well!

The owner worked with me through several options to help me find the most cost efficient way to repair my side mirror. He ordered the part and it was painted and ready for installation within days of our first visit. His team had it replaced and ready to go in about 15 minutes. Very quick and easy process and he was great to work with.

High praise. I recently moved to the Dallas, TX area. I had zero contacts in Dallas & needed an auto body shop. Prior to moving, I had worked with the same auto repair shop for 20+ years. I took a leap of Faith after reading a few reviews on Allen Complete Auto Repair. It worked out better than I even anticipated. Rafael is an honest man. Throughout the repair process he sent me updated pictures of each part and replacement in a significant repair process. Absolutely fair price after completion. If there was a specific request I had that was not their specialty, Rafael provided great referrals. On point. They even covered a significant amount of $$ for a vehicle delivery while I was unable to arrive on same day. Rafael trusted that I would treat him with the same integrity that he had shown me. I highly recommend this business and I'm very thankful I trusted my gut instinct and went with Rafael and Allen Complete Auto Repair and transmission..

Was driving through Dallas and my AC needed recharging. Called and asked how quickly they could take care of it. They said 30 min - I was in and out in 20. The whole time they’re explaining the process to me and showing me what may have been causes for the lack of cold air. They know their business and if I lived in the area I’d be going back for all of my auto needs.
