*****Crazy Update****** These people sold us a car with no spare tire and never let is know. We had a blowout in the country in the dark with major fog. We were left stranded for hours. We had a nice couple stop after 2-3 hours that helped us get home. We had to leave the car on the side of road in the ditch. These people are criminals. Overall a terrible experience. I brought the car in for service to get it connected to HondaLink after working with Honda support for months and told me to bring it in for support. Nobody even attempted or knew how to fix it.

I do not live in College Station but had a minute in between appointments. I have been really concerned about the tires on my car being worn, being away from home and traveling alone.I stopped at Allens and a very polite and patient young man reassured me that my tires still had some mileage and should be fine. Thank you Malcom Bunt for being so patient and showing me how to keep track of the tread on my tires.

Prior to our vacation we made an appointment with Skyler at Allen Honda's Service Department for an oil change and tire rotation. Her care was excellent. She gave us a report of the technician's findings on the Multi-point inspection and was supportive of our decision. She was very attentive and even found a coupon we weren't award of. Thank you Skyler for your excellent care! Thanks also to the crew for washing our vehicle and bringing it back so quickly.

Just want to thank Tom in service. He goes above and beyond. I had an issue with one of my tires he was able to get me in the same day for the repair. I appreciate that so much. Truly amazing. Always friendly and knowledgeable. He always explains everything to you. Thank you again Tom. Keep up the great work

Service was completed in timely and professional manner. I love the I Service feature because you get the information about your vehicle from the technician himself. I can replay it as many times as I need without trying to remember what was said!!

Yolanda greeted me as if we've known each other forever, which made me feel as if I was a appreciated customer. The service tech Micheal answered all of my questions, explained what he was doing before he did it, and then serviced my car. I will be going back to the Harlem location from now on.

Yolanda was great. My Tahoe had a misfire, turned out to be a bad #1 fuel injector. They were able to fix it same day. They offered a courtesy ride home. Used my Gm Rewards points.

I call in to get my car checked out from a leak. They kept it overnight and I was able to pick it up the next day . Fast and they gave me a rental to use until my car was ready.

I went into Advantage Chevrolet in Bridgeview. For service, oil change and injection cleaning. I talked to Mr Tom in service about a concern I had with my tail gate opening. He had one of the technicians look at it. Found the switch shorting from water. He fixed it and a week later Advantage Chevrolet service called me. I took it in and they drove me back to work. I picked it up brand new switch. I bought my truck else where, but I won't take it nowhere but Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview. Out standing, service, workmanship, and price.

Excellent service by Matthew Taylor and his team! I was created immediately, checked-in and continued to be updated throughout the wait; which was not long. It was great that they had a separate area for people with kiddos and the popcorn was a hit with my toddler. Truly cannot say enough great things about the service received at Allen Honda! Thank y’all so much!

Took my car for a head light restoration and was not satisfied and the service advisor was not satisfied. It is warranty for a year and was told to return for a re do.
