I’ve been coming here for years and they have done everything from my oil change, to helping me purchase 4 new tires (which have been amazing), and they even referrred me over to Craig’s Collision when I had pretty severe damage done to my car (Kyle even stayed in the phone with me while he called In One of his tow truck drivers). I trust Kyle and his team with my car’s life; Acura 2020 ILX Aspec. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs any service done to their car.

Easily the best service I’ve ever experienced. Their team is timely, courteous, and helpful. I have brought my vehicles to them for a second opinion and they have saved me THOUSANDS of dollars where other shops have tried to rip me off. Couldn’t be more grateful or happy to have found them.

I dread going to a mechanic shop because I’m a girl and it’s usually a very expensive trip. However, Allen Tires. I’ll go just to get my washer fluid filled because the customer service is impecable! Kyle (manager of shop) helped me get two new tires the same day! Everywhere else was making me wait weeks. Cleared my Xmas tree dash and has me feeling safe in my car again! DEF check them out!

Called ahead of time to get a tire plugged; I believe the person I talked to on the phone was named Kyle. Not only was Kyle helpful and courteous , but he was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to remove my Tesla Hubcap, and lift the car without causing any damage. First impressions are extremely important to me and these guys are A1 when it comes to customer service! I will for sure be back “hopefully not soon though”😂

I love the service here. I came in for a wheel alignment and my car was making a scraping sound. They let me know that I needed the hub bearing and also found that a previous job with 1 motor mount wasn't done correctly. I left knowing the price for the work needed and called back for an appointment. I got my car back today and OMG my car hasn't driven this great in a long Time. Thank you soo much to these guys. I ask about a sound that my car started making since my first visit and they let me know it's my serpentine belt. Fortunately I know that an inexpensive job, so I will definitely be back.

I have been serviced at this garage, multiple times and with different vehicles. This business is always booming, yet they are compassionate, keep it real, and are more like family. An honest and supportive service, rather than a garage that's out to get you, especially speaking from a woman that has experienced a few places, where you take a vehicle in for one thing, and end up with 3 more issues.🥺 If you're looking for dependability, honesty, and a true bottom line repair, then this is the place for various repairs with your vehicle, tires, etc. If they can't service your issue, they will refer you to a reputable colleague. I live out of the area. I followed my Daughter here for repairs, and they have services her vehicles for over 10 yrs. When I'm in town and have an issue, I have relied on their expertise to ensure that I can return to Ohio safely. 💯💌

I can always trust that they'll do right by me and my vehicle. Trustworthy staff! Great recommendations! It's hard to find someone to trust. I don't have that problem with these mechanics.

Kyle and the mechanics at Allen Tire and Service were extremely helpful and really made me feel apart of the Allen Tire Family. I feel safe behind the wheel of my car after the work they’d done. They are knowledgeable and very honest and that’s hard to find in a mechanic/auto shop. They don’t sell you on things that aren’t needed. They will have my business for as long as I have a car .THANKS AGAIN to Kyle and to the mechanics.

Extremely impressed after the first visit (state inspection). Kyle is very personable and efficient and you can tell he cares about his customers. I have known several people who went to Allen Tires and they only ever had good things to say. I’m happy to agree with them completely. From the start you can tell that Allen Tires is supplying good and honest service. It brings you peace when you know you’re working with a mechanic you can trust.

Got to work this morning and realized my tire had a piece of metal in it I went to Allen tires to get it plugged but I had no debit card on me only my phone for Apple Pay which they do not take they plugged my tire for free! I offered to cash app him and he said no he just wanted to make sure I could get back to work safe he also filled up all my other tires. They are awesome and really turned my day around! There are still good people left in this crazy world I would highly recommend

I have been going to this location for 12+ years and it’s always been a positive experience. i’ve gone for tires, inspections, oil changes, and repairs. I called today to see if they could look at my tire because something was in it. Kyle was cheerful and more than helpful. He told me to stop by after work and he would take a look at it. They plugged my tire and had me out in 15 minutes. This crew comes highly recommended!

Thought I was buying replacement tires but they fixed the old tire for free instead. Who says there’s no honestly or integrity anymore? Will be back when the time is right.

Very experienced Staff, explained everything my truck needed in detail and my 12 year old beater felt like it just came off the lot. Thanks Kyle, Brian, and the others there who I'm sorry I never got their names. But I recommend them HIGHLY. They also have a store on Rising Sun which is also a great crew, try them before your dealer if you love your money and your car.
