10/10 This shop does really great work! Took my semi to multiple shops and Allende Alignment was the only shop to find what was wrong! My truck had multiple issues that was causing a shake in my steering wheel. Thanks to Alex informational videos I was able to find this shop and get a good diagnosis on what the issue was. They have the rights tool to check for a worn suspension, Allignment, out of round tires and vibrations. Marco (the manager) and his team provided great customer service, clear communication and very fair pricing. Definitely would recommend anyone to take their semi to this shop!

They installed a pull... Came in for a pull to the right. Maybe if I bought everything they tried to sell me or speak more than a few words of Spanish, I would have at least gotten the shims on the correct side of the truck. I have some RF kingpin wear, "keep it greased and it'll probably last a little while" but they wanted to sell me a pair of Michelins and throw away the Centramatics (there's a stack of them on top of the container near the office). I did buy the rear axle bushings and torque arms they suggested. I got new hardware and of course a new shim stack. It should have been obvious right away but it was as bad if not worse than when I brought it in. I came back right away to ask if my expectations were unreasonable and if they were willing to correct it. They pulled it back into a bay and had it for about 15 minutes, probably pretending to do something... For those unfamiliar with alignment and thrust angles, imagine an outboard motor and the handle is pointed to the left, which way is it going to go? Won't be back, accelerating wear to earn repeat business won't be rewarded by me and I'll be glad to pass along the word to the friend that referred me and anyone else I happen to talk to where the subject of alignments comes up.

Thank you so much to these great people at this shop. I called in on a Monday morning for an alignment and they took me in immediately and had me rolling out by lunchtime. Super knowledgable, very polite and shop was Spotless!! I already recommended this place to a fellow Owner Operator I was so impressed.

I went in for a airbag repair and was quoted 75 dollars for the bag plus labor which was 70. After it was fixed they told me it was 360 because the place where they normally get the airbags didn't have the one my truck needed. So without telling they bought a more expensive bag and charged me almost 3× more than I was quoted.1st and last time i go there
