They were great. Diagnosed it in less than 5 minutes. Turned out to be an idler pulley on my truck. Ordered one 45 minutes later. I'm out the door back on the road to Missouri. Thank you guys.

My car did about 1 mile from location. Mr. Allen took a batter pak/charger to get my car to the location and then waited with me 45 minutes for my ride!.They had closed. Staff is very nice and friendly. They are also professional. My car was fixed the next day without any "extras". They are honest and skilled and do not play any games. I highly recommend them!

Allen's has been our go-to mechanic since 2014, and they've been thorough, skillful, honest with pricing, and easy to deal with. We don't need service very often, as we drive Toyotas. Angel is usually at the desk when we arrive, and he's kind, funny, and conscientious in his listening and makes sure all issues are addressed. We drive across Albuquerque, 13 miles from NW to SE, and it's always well worth the drive. Highly recommended!

My lower arm control pulled my axle right out of the transmission on Central. I coasted my car right in front of Allen's Automotive, Inc. and I didn't realize at the time but I found myself my lifetime auto guy. The owner, Andrew, came out and asked if I was okay and if I needed a tow. I didn't realize until a few seconds later that I could just have my car towed into his shop and decided to do that. I had some friends come meet me to keep my company with the tow. Andrew called his tow guy for me after about 40 mins of waiting, and I really appreciated that. He quoted me at 1300 to repair my lower & upper arm control, which is what I expected for the price of repair. This shop is honest, works hard, and is incredibly kind. I will not hesitate to give them my business when needed. I wish I could give 10 ⭐. When you see a shop that works on vintage classics, you know they care and love cars.

After giving them $2000.00 for repairs. 2 months later there is something wrong with either the parts they installed or the work they did. I called to ask if they could take a look at it and see, the response was maybe Wednesday or Thursday they might be able to look at it. I've been pleased with the work on my other car and this car, and the staff has always been great until now. Something is seriously wrong with if they can't find the time to check work they previously did. Last time they get any money from me.

Allen's automotive was a godsent when my car broke down. They got us in quickly, were friendly. They replaced the water pump which was in really rough shape. They were fast too, got all the work done in one day. Fair price, they didn't try to sell other repairs, and broke down every fee and replaced several things they didn't have to at minimal to no charge. We have found our new mechanic for sure! :)

This Gordon Allen of Edgewood NM , stuck me with 15 thousand dollars on 6.0 liter ford diesel that was supposed to be as he called it bullet proof, It has never ran right since overheating ect. and took it back to him and it has sat in lot for past 2 years collecting dust . I would request steering clear of this scam artist save your money and find another mechanic.

Honest and dependable, my family and I have been getting our vehicles fixed here for years. They take the time to explain issues and don't try to upcharge you on unnecessary repairs. I live in Santa Fe now and miss them greatly.

I took my girlfriend's Mazda to this establishment. The service was excellent and I saw two things that impressed me: fair prices and a great attention to detail. Andrew and Angel were upfront about the maintenance and did not charge me for extra unneeded repairs!

We were pulling into Albuquerque with a bad alternator and leaking transmission lines pulling a trailer full of equipment needing to get to Las Vegas the next morning. Allen took us right in, diagnosed what we needed, got the parts and stayed two hours past closing to get us back on the road and make our drop. I can’t thank them enough for not only taking care of us but also putting up with our anxiety as we watch the clock. Thanks again!! I won’t go to any other shop in NM!

Absolutely excellent Automotive Care. I was referred to Allen's Automotive for extensive diagnostic evaluation and repair. They are extremely professional, the rates are very reasonable but most importantly they provide you with adequate recommendations for the repair and for recommended additional repairs so as to prevent additional repair cost. They use highly qualified Auto Parts and they are nationally warranted. I am restoring an older vehicle. I am in the middle of the process of having additional repairs to the vehicle in which to restore it. I highly recommend that if you are in need for Professional Automotive Repair that you contact Allen's Automotive because I am of the opinion that you will be extremely satisfied with the professional recommendations and repair.

My brother is transiting through to Canada since his wife passed in Belize and he needs to get home to his family. The truck broke down and Andrew rearranged his schedule to fit my brother in so that he could get back on the road. He also gave me a ton of wonderful information about how beautiful the area is and I definitely want to visit and thank him in person for his compassion and boost his already great reputation.
