HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Mark was incredibly kind, honest, and helpful when fixing my car!! I was driving down rt 14 and my car experienced an emergency coil / spark plug problem causing it to shake and blink my engine light at me! With it only being 2 days before Thanksgiving I didnt think i would find anyone to be willing to look at it, but despite Mark's extremely busy schedule he squeezed me in and fixed it up the SAME DAY!! He explained what was happening and the importance of getting it fixed for my own safety. Incredibly fair pricing. I like to consider myself a lil handy and can change my brake lights and such (flex, i know) at the end of the day I am just a girl and know very little about cars! So huge shout out to Mark for being so great! Already recommended him to my boyfriend and my family to go see him for their car needs :) Thank you Mark and the crew!!

Good quality shop, with well trained mechanics. Check them out, they won't let you down! Replaced an injector coil, so fast and lower than the estimate.

Adams auto body in McHenry did what many other body shops could not or would not do—and they did it well! After an accident They replaced the frame and rebuilt my 2017 Ford Expedition. If you don’t know, this is a big job and takes 60 mechanic hours, a lot of pieces, a lot of patience and a lot of knowledge! Andrew and Joe shout out to you both! Both worked as a team with the insurance company got quality parts, approvals, rebuilt , and you kept me informed as to what was going on. True professionals. I knew my expedition was a great hands. Other shops did not have the room or the ability or were not willing to take it—but your Team Rose to the challenge and I am very grateful. I thank mgmt - the entire office team and everyone else that played a part in getting her back on the road. I highly recommend this body shop.

After going to other mechanics and being very unhappy with how I am treated I was recommended to try All Star for my rear brakes. I called to set an appointment, they were friendly , listened to what I needed to say and called me right back with a quote for my brakes. I went in on the 3oth to have them done. They went above and beyond with their service and work. I only asked for the brakes to be done and they went ahead and looked at my check engine light, I believe they fixed the problem as it hasn't come back on since. They also realized the place I went to before didn't rotate my tires correctly or at all and went ahead and did that for me to! They explained everything in detail that they found. They charge very reasonably and I will be back soon with some smaller things I need done to get my car back to 100% I will also be recommending them to anyone who is in need of repairs! I've never felt so great leaving with my car knowing it was in amazing hands!

I had my ball joints done on my 2014 Honda Accord at Allstar. Total bill for both sides was about $375. Brillance Honda in Crystal wanted about $1200 I will never go back there again. I have also two GM vehicles that I will be taking there now as well. Their service is excellent and they were very cordial dealing me.

What a great team and people. The front desk is understanding and helpful, the team working on the car are efficient and honest. They’ve always been great to me, my friends, and my family that have went here. Most importantly when my wife goes in they help her understand and jump on a call with me if she doesn’t.
