The people here took the time to look over my Jeep and get to the root problem and had me in and out pretty quick! They didn’t try to up sell me anything that I didn’t need, I will be going back to them for anything amiss in the future, I would recommend them to anyone

I recommend Ally Auto to all my family and friends. I trust Jeremiah and his team to do quality work on my vehicle and they never recommend anything that doesn’t need to be done. These guys did a stellar job working on my car. I’d been having some issues with the brakes, and they identified the problem quickly. My favorite part of the service is they used photos to show me what needed repaired and what they recommend repairing in the future! Ally Auto is honest and accurate and I 100% recommend them to anyone looking to have reliable, quality and honest auto service!

Because they didn't fix my problem I was having. I tried to explain to the gentleman that what the gentleman did underneath my car. It did not make my issue go away. I do not live in that state.So it was a really bad time my car to that. So to sum it up, they sent me a $49.99 check.To me that's just an insult. Cause here we are a year or so later and having the same problems.

I’ve been taking my car to Ally Auto for the last several years for both of my vehicles great service, reasonable pricing friendly staff. They have gone to bat for me with warranty companies, and they do their best to ensure I’m getting the best value for what I pay for. Both Jeremiah off 168th Maple and Lynn off center are AMAZING. Both locations highly recommended

Excellent and timely service! Ally uses a super awesome interface where I was able to see updates pretty much in real time online, as well as a full description of needed repairs with photos, and no additional pressure to fix anything beyond what needed immediate attention. Ally will be my go-to from now on!

Jeremiah and his team at the West Maple location went way above and beyond to make sure my Nova was completed when I needed and it and literally did additional beyond what was asked. They have earned a customer for life and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. 5 stars all day long.
