Because they didn't fix my problem I was having. I tried to explain to the gentleman that what the gentleman did underneath my car. It did not make my issue go away. I do not live in that state.So it was a really bad time my car to that. So to sum it up, they sent me a $49.99 check.To me that's just an insult. Cause here we are a year or so later and having the same problems.

I’ve been taking my car to Ally Auto for the last several years for both of my vehicles great service, reasonable pricing friendly staff. They have gone to bat for me with warranty companies, and they do their best to ensure I’m getting the best value for what I pay for. Both Jeremiah off 168th Maple and Lynn off center are AMAZING. Both locations highly recommended

Excellent and timely service! Ally uses a super awesome interface where I was able to see updates pretty much in real time online, as well as a full description of needed repairs with photos, and no additional pressure to fix anything beyond what needed immediate attention. Ally will be my go-to from now on!

Jeremiah and his team at the West Maple location went way above and beyond to make sure my Nova was completed when I needed and it and literally did additional beyond what was asked. They have earned a customer for life and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. 5 stars all day long.

Excellent service! Went in for issues with my Jeep shifting during my 3000 mile trip from WA to MD. Tech was extremely thorough with diagnosing the problem and made sure I was safe to drive the rest of the journey. Highly recommend!

I was treated like royalty by manager. He is customer service oriented. Saved me over $1,200 from a different places quote. Fixed car in short time and I will only consider this place as my first choice in the future. This is the 165th and West Maple location.

Jeremiah and crew always do an outstanding job when I bring my cars in for service. I have no complaints. Every time I bring it in they do a throw once over for everything and let me know if there is anything wrong with my cars. I will always be bringing my cars back to Ally Auto Service Jeremiah and crew because I know they will take care of me.

Ally did a great job of taking care of my old low mile Cadillac. Not your typical repair but they treated it like their own and got everything sorted out. My wife and I use them for our regular cars as well. Great shop, easy to deal with, quality work.

Great experience getting my oil changed and doing the 30+ point inspection to make sure all is well with my Honda Element. The guys were super nice and professional and had me in and out of there so fast. Highly recommend.

Jeremiah, Dan & all of the guys at Ally Auto Service are AMAZING. I had a very tricky problem, which resulted in me returning to the shop multiple times. They kept at it until they found the issue. They were honest & upfront. No price gouging, no "fixing" things that weren't broken so as to appear to be doing something. Jeremiah even called the dealership to see if the transmission issue would be covered under warranty. Great customer service, thanks as well to Nick who answers the phone. I would 100% recommend Ally. Great job guys and thank you!!

We had our daughter’s car repaired at Ally several months ago. I received a follow up text checking on her car a couple of months after the service was complete. What a pleasant surprise to find a business that cares enough about their customers to just check in to see how things are going. The car is running perfectly and I can’t say how happy we have been with it. Jeremiah and his crew are amazing!
