They are very professional and accommodating but I don’t think their $185/hr charge just for looking at what’s wrong with a vehicle is reasonable. Other car dealerships use part of this charge to reduce the cost of service/labor especially when a repair estimate comes to around $2k.

Jeremiah at Ally was so helpful when my vehicle started having issues. He got me in extremely quickly, was extremely communicative with me, and even called around to other places to see if he could find a better deal to fix my vehicle outside of Ally. Found this place after calling the dealership and being told that I’d have to wait until November 22nd to even see what was wrong with my vehicle. Called Ally on Friday (10/20) and got an appointment for Monday morning (10/23)!! They also told me my vehicle would be finished that same day and it was ! They are efficient, and got me in quickly! So glad to have found this business, I plan on coming back and I definitely will recommend it to others!!

I was referred to Ally to have them install my car battery. The owner (Jeremiah) was very professional and kind. It’s always unsettling taking your car to a service garage. But Jeremiah made me feel at ease. The price for the service was reasonable and quick. I will recommend this business to all my friends.

I had my wife's brakes done here at Ally. A few months later the brakes were making a whining noise almost every time you hit the brakes. They changed them out no questions asked. Great customer service!! We will use them again.

I really like this place. Jeremiah is very nice, understanding, and informative. Talking to him was like talking to a friend 🙂. I was comfortable there which is big. They did a great job with my car. It feels like new! I have already referred a friend… I will definitely be back.
