I'd be VERY leery using this garage for pre purchase inspections. I had one done and not 2 hours after purchasing the car (about 3 hours post inspection) I had a check engine light and a pretty obvious fluid leak underneath the car that was not listed in the report they gave me. I called them and they said they can't be held responsible for things that happen to the car after inspection. I get that, but it's a bit suspect. I want to to give the benefit of the doubt but I also wanted to share my experience. Edit: nope, not blaming anyone for buying the car. I'm saying you did a poor job inspecting it.

I recently just had my Rotors and brake pads installed and I mean I walked in the door and 35 minutes later I was driving away I mean amazing service! Would recommend to anyone honestly

My daughter works close by and discovered her tire flat after her shift. A large chunk of metal was in her tire probably from construction on 21. Almirs Automotove was the closest safest option to attempt a repair or new tire. I pulled in and he stopped what he was doing and in 10 minutes had my tire off and repaired. He only asked for positive word of mouth in repayment. What an amazing shop. Thank you for your kindness this morning!

Took my Audi A4 in for a simple oil & transmission fluid change. Completed in 1 day, no issues. I did notice bill did not have any extra fees I am used to seeing from other shops ($5 for washer fluid, $10 misc. shop supplies). Prices were very reasonable. While picking up my car I mentioned that my wife’s SUV (Buick Enclave) had the A/C go out & the shop I’ve been using for 5+ years (they will only do an oil change on my Audi) wanted almost $800 to replace A/C condenser & recharge system. Almir said he could do it for about 1/2 the cost once he verified what parts & labor would be. I decided to take the chance. A/C has been working great & he did it for what he quoted which was half the cost of another private shop I’ve been using for years & comfortable with (not a dealer). Had 1 more vehicle issue (what a month it’s been). My F150 Ford Lariat had developed a shudder when doing about 45 MPH & going uphill at a slow acceleration. No check engine light however. Almost like hitting highway rumble strips. I tried researching the problem to see what I was getting into & solutions ranged from replacing fuel filter, spark plugs, coils, injectors to transmission issues with torque converter possibly needing replaced. I brought the truck in when we picked up the SUV for the A/C fix. Almir’s was able to diagnose problem as a simple cylinder misfire from a wore out spark plug. I asked him to replace all 8 (this was Ford’s 2-piece spark plug design that was used on the 5.4 motor). At least 3 came apart on him but he had the extractor tool needed to remove lower half. Truck is back to running smooth & completed when he said it would be. This saved me a lot of time & headache trying to figure out the problem & going step by step to fix. I started using Almir’s through word of mouth simply because I couldn’t get anyone but the dealer to work on my Audi. He has always been more than fair with pricing! He has always done excellent with communication. Letting me know the costs up front & different solutions/outcomes based on those costs. (I really wanted all 8 spark plugs replaced instead of just the faulty one because of the 2-piece design). He has done excellent work for me on my Audi A4, Buick Enclave & Ford F150. Everything from A/C repair to fuel pumps & intermittent shudder problems. I would definitely recommend him to anyone regardless of the vehicle make. I’m extremely pleased with customer service & pricing!

Almir got my car in on the 3rd of July and on the 4th it was done. He communicated with me from beginning to end and sent me updates as well as pictures. Any car I have will be going to him whenever he is free. I highly recommend his shop.

I was recommended by a friend of mine that used to work with Almir. After reading the great reviews, I took my Audi A4 there for a new turbocharger. Almir was AWESOME! to say the least. He was able to locate a used turbocharger, saving me around $700 on that. He did this on his own, which was great that he was looking out for me. The car is back, runs great, and now will pass emissions. The great thing about Almir was also the communication. He kept me updated by text message every step of the way, and finished when promised. I HIGHLY recommend Almir for any of your cars, foreign or domestic!

Almir always provides great service. I bought my first European car and strictly only took it to him for any repairs or maintenance. He does great work, very quick turn around time and extremely affordable. I’ll continue to take any vehicle to him regardless of what work needs to be done.

I usually use the bigger auto shop chains in South County, but Almirs opened just down the street from my house awhile back, and I've been noticing a growing number of cars in his lot lately (a good sign). Anyway, my own first experience with Almir was excellent. His communication clear and expedited, his pricing very fair, and all his work top notch. Almirs will be my first stop shop from now on!

I was in a tough spot when I contacted Almir's Automotive. My car's brakes had failed, making it undrivable. Almir was able to fit me in for a repair right away, which is hard to find nowadays. He communicated with me effectively, and as soon as I arrived, he treated me like family. He started working on my car immediately and fixed it up promptly. He even went the extra mile to identify additional issues with my brake system and replaced those parts to prevent future problems. All of this was done at a very reasonable price, and I couldn't be more satisfied with this shop.

Highly HIGHLY recommended shop. Almir is very responsive to questions about your vehicle and the repairs it needs. He is also very fair with his pricing. He doesn't work for free. But he won't rob you blind for a job. I recently had a repair needed on my 2010 Chrysler 300. I insisted that he take his time and be certain the repair was done correctly. I had to have it back to him a couple of times because the repair wasn't taking (my check engine light kept coming back on). He made certain to go over the entire fuel system vacuum line. And in the end, my car is back to normal - AND NO MORE ENGINE LIGHT!! Long story short, consider Almir and his small automotive repair business. He's a good guy who knows his stuff. And the money you spend ALL goes to help him and his family - not the corporate giants.

Absolute fantastic service! From phone calls, to hands on wrench turning. This is the place to go!! I thought it was impossible to find a trustworthy mechanic, not trying to screw you or just take your money… but thanks to this shop, we have found a trusted mechanic! They saved my car from my differential pressure switch catching fire, and advised me that it’s all warranty work from the dealership, and then helped me out with a tow! They his shop is the place to go to!

Almir does great work! I had him replace the oil pan gasket on my BMW 335 and it wasn't any easy job but he made it look easy and did an incredible job. Almir also went above and beyond and decided to replace my o-rings on the differential that were leaking. The guy truly does care for his clients. Great work, Almir!

I purchased a used car and the dealer was not so honest. Almir’s shop was recommended to me and they were amazing. Quotes I got for the issues with my Benz were through the roof. Almir quoted me a reasonable price and got the job done in record time. I discussed other issues I was having and he fixed them right on the spot as I pointed them out to him. He really knows what he’s doing especially when it comes to foreign cars. Even though I had to make a long drive I would definitely go back to him for service on my Benz as well as recommend him to others.

We had a vehicle that the dealership couldn’t diagnose and almost every shop we took it too.
