20YEARS AGO I had my car repaired at a different shop… not repaired but it ran. Sounded horrible- like a Harley- complained and was told after the repair that’s just how it was going to be( my dad even knew the owner) I couldn’t see driving it this loud. On my way home I drove past Alonso’s. Stopped- unimpressed by the shop, but Alonso was sincere and I knew it. He fixed it by turning the distributor cap 180 degrees and charged me nothing-- I’m editing my prior post to update it and again let Alonso know 27 years later his generous kindness to help a very broke kid still is appreciated- Tim

My daughter recommended Alonso. She always got fare pricing for work on her car. So when my car wouldn't start I had it towed to them. Turned out to be the battery. The price was more then fare. Work was done in a day. I found my new mechanics.

Absolute rip off! A $135 tow is added junk fees and made up fees so instead you pay $278 for a car they only had for 35 minutes and was towed 7 miles.

Prejudice owner. Refuses to take debt cards because he evading taxes. He contracts with the State so he get paid with our tax money but does not pay taxes!

Alonso's is either grossly incompetent at best, or fraudulent at worst. Our employer, for some reason, directs body work repairs and general service issues to Alonso's. Their painters never match the correct black color and there is always excessive orange peel texture and dirt in the paint. Most recently, my front bumper was painted and they missed several areas with clear coat because they didn't take the time to ensure they sprayed the bumper from all angles. In another incident, they replaced my front control arms and struts with incorrect parts (the part numbers are never shown on invoices) that had to be replaced a second time by another shop after the car's suspension geometry and handling was affected. It's readily apparent which of our cars have received the "Alonso's special," and it's a miracle no one has been killed as a result of their work.

I have to say Alonso was a big help explained everything about the bill and what he had to do to get the bike back safely to the yard. Hey was trying to help us if we needed take the bike to the dealership. Alonso was great. Thanks for all your help. It was great talking with you.

Brought my 05 Yukon in for a 2nd opinion on possible Rear Main Oil seal leak. Decided to leave it because they were fairly priced. George was very friendly and to know they have been in business for over 20years says something. Highly Recommend!!!
