I stopped by today with my uncles car that has been serviced here many times. The owner came out , I explained the problem. He had a mechanic look at it and fixed it. No waiting. They are very friendly, wished I lived closer I would use them!! Thanks again

I would come back, it was good service. Kind of tricky to navigate here via Google maps though if you're not familiar with the area, there's some blocked off streets it may tell you to go on. If you are interested in the oil change Groupon (that's what brought me here), I would call them before you buy it and ask if there will be an upcharge for mandatory synthetic oil. They will deem whether your car requires synthetic oil and if it does it's about $30 more on top of the Groupon. Still a competitive price for a synthetic oil change with tire rotation. I liked that on something they wanted to show me with my car they just had me come into the garage and have the mechanic show me while the car was lifted.

Recommended by 2 friends and now I know why! Getting in relatively quick as we needed was accommodated no problem and the fast, friendly service was refreshing. Love the Aquarium, btw. We will be back, thanks!

Excellent Service ! Cannot not go wrong using Alper Automotive as your Auto Mechanic. They are thorough, focused, professional, honest and will always go the extra mile. Thank you Alper Automotive. Took my 2014 Subaru Crosstreck in for Emissions & Inspection Tuesday June 4th 2024. Steve and the guys took care of me quickly and I was out of there in 30 minutes. A job well done ! I live in Delco but do not mind the drive up I 95 to Cottman Ave. Because I know my car will be taken care of .

If your Insured with car shield YOU'LL NEED ALPER AUTOMOTIVE. THEY WILL GET ER DONE. I would like to say I had other shops tell me they would not tou h the car because of car shield. But Steve said he can handle car shield. They are difficult but good. Give him a chance. So I did.What a great move it was. The insurance paid 5,786.00 Thats a lot of cabbage. GREAT SHOP TO HAVE AROUND. Amen. Thank you Alper.

I truly appreciate the workers at Alper. The mechanic rode with me for about 15-20 minutes to make an assessment of the noise I suddenly had inside my engine. Fixed it in less than 3 hours. Everyone is patient with me. This will be the ONLY auto repair shop I'll ever go to with any vehicle I own. They know what they're doing.

This place is horrible waited 2 hours just for a oil change, they are racist too. Made racist remarks, and was singing racist songs, like I wouldn't catch on to what the were doing. Don't go there at all. I am not satisfied with the service smh. Oil change doesn't take 2 hours to do smh.Im appt was at 1:30 pm And some lady came in there at 2:15 asking for a oil change, she got hers done before mine, like how smh. I literally got done at 3 pm smh. If you buy it on Groupon they will not honor you, they will make you last.

Buy a Groupon for oil change and they refuse to honor even though I bought it based on their written terms. Otherwise I have no interest in using their services. Weird!

Great vehicle service experience at Alper Automotive. This was for an oil change. Service was completed quickly and ahead of schedule, which was a nice surprise. Reasonable price, and friendly staff. Will come here again.
