My car was pretty smashed up. I chose Alpha Performance after searching online then talking to Adrian on the phone. He sent the tow truck right out and gave me a quick estimate. They handled everything very professionally. And even offered to pay for the rental car for the extra week they had to keep my car. Two guys even stayed late to get my car done when they said it would be done! They even helped me out to get my rental car back to the car rental company so I wouldn’t have to go back the next day. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

My car was dropped off on Monday at 8:00AM. We went over the estimate for minor body work and left . They called Wednesday at 1:00PM and it was ready, earlier than expected and done perfectly! Plus the car was cleaned inside and out! They were courteous and appreciative, Adrian has been taught well by his parents. I highly recommend this company.

Alpha performance helped me with a height issue I had with my bar stools. I didn’t know who to turn to for the job but they came through and did an excellent job. I really appreciate the time they took to help with a task that they don’t usually perform. To the Quiroz family, thank you very much!

Decided to bring my vehicle here because of the good reviews. But no, this was not what I expected. Had to wait a long time before getting my car back. When I got the car back the interior was dirty and screws were missing in the parts they had to take down. The paint job is bad, not even a year in and the paint is already cracking. Absolutely no attention to detail not sure how he gets clients

Alpha performance did a 5 star job on the repair in our car’s bumper! Looks like brand new and the price is reasonable. Shout out to Karla, who went above and beyond for the customer service. She was very professional and always kept us updated on the repair work. They also gave a free car wash! Highly recommended! Thanks and more power to your company!

Best Shop in the Southwest Bakersfield Area!!!!! Recently took in my 2022 Fisker, serious rear end hit my damages were all the way to the rear doors. They repaired it to all data standards. Reprogramming and the color matching were amazing 🤩 my parts were rushed in car was completed before is departure date. 100 Stars!! Thanks again Alpha Performance you guys are amazing

First and foremost I would like to thank Anna for being the best receptionist and made it financially possible to get my car fixed. She helped me throughout the process and made sure that my car was in good hands. Thank you for the mechanic team that made my car look brand new! Like nothing even happened. I got in an accident a while back and it has been such a painful process looking for an auto body shop that was willing to negotiate with my price range and meet my expectations. I trusted the process and I’m very glad that I did. Alpha performance auto body shop did an amazing job and I recommend this place. Below is my BMW before and after. Highly recommend! They took a little more time then predicted but it’s understandable. They communicated with me and were very understanding and I appreciate not only their honesty but also the good work. The owner wanted to make sure the job was well done and the ladies up front were very kind.

I just went down there to get a quote for some truck bed side rail covers. And he quoted $300 and $70 to install. And I went to the ford dealership and they quoted $160 for the parts. And $50 for the install. So his quote was $160 more. Very disappointed. Charging 50% more than the parts cost seems insane.

I stumbled upon Alpha Performance when I was looking for an auto body shop near my home. My front fender was broken and literally falling off my car. I took it in, and Carla quickly connected me with the crew. They gave me a great temporary fix until my schedule cleared enough to replace the fender and the missing under body guard. I'm super happy with the quality and price! So I highly recommend that you choose Alpha Performance for your auto body repairs. Sorry I don't have everyone's name but they were all very friendly and helpful. Alpha Performance will forever be my go-to shop!

I was recommended this shop by a friend. A couple of years ago I used a large “chain” body shop that was recommended by my insurance company and was disappointed with the results. Service at Alpha Performance was great as was the quality of repair! I would recommend this shop to anyone!

These people robbed me, i was traveling from los angeles to sacramento when i stoped for gas in bakersfield i got hit by a hit-and-run, i took the car to these people to help me out they told me everything is fine and they would help me after 1 week i came to pick up the car and they asked me for 750$ storage payment for holding the car, when i left the car there nobody told me that is a storage fee, i came to pick up the car and the owner talked ugly to me and yelled even treating me! Avoid!

Alpha auto fixed my bumper that was t boned. Came out pretty clean I dealt with the pretty girl in the office her name was Anna… She was very professional and would keep me updated and went out of her way a lot for me. The timing on how long it took was a little too long but the service was great and the work is clean and so far so good. I really appreciated Anna and would love doing business in the future with her.

Cannot stress enough how great their service was! I definitely recommend this place for not only their excellent customer service, but also their efficiency & quality of work. They keep you updated and actually treat you like a human being rather than just another customer. I will be returning for any other service that my vehicle will need from body work to upgrades.

I would give Give this shop 10 stars if I could, Not only because they were they beyond helpful But because they exceeded my expectations. I had them work on a newer truck with a small scratch with a dent as well and it was done in the time frame they had originally gave me I thought the price was fair for what I was asking them to do. Body work isn't cheap but I'm happy with my end result. Thank you all again I really appreciate your services!

What can I say that it took them 3 months to deliver my car, despite the fact that I gave them 1,500 in advance, they did not want to advance until the insurance did not pay them the rest, which came to 5,000 dollars for just repairing the fender, a job that should have taken a week , and when I was going to complain they told me that if I was not happy to take the car with me when I saw the delay, I told them I would take it and they wanted to charge me more than 4000 dollars for having had my car lying in the sun in their workshop, they say that for taking care of it I definitely do not recommend it to anyone. a terrible experience in the end they fixed it for me and I was able to leave with my car after 3 months
