Honest, respectful shop! They provide detailed, easy to understand analysis (including photos!) and do top-quality work! They even got my repair completed more quickly than promised. Would feel good about recommending Alpine to anyone!

I have been taking my BMW’s to Alpine since 2008, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I feel like they know me and my car, and they are honest with recommendations about which repairs should be prioritized. It’s so nice how they give me a ride to work or offer me a loaner - I love when I get the one that is like my old car! Once I took my car in, thinking something was leaking, and they let me know that it was just due to a can of some fuel additive I forgot about that had spilled under the seat. A dishonest person could’ve easily convinced me there was a serious problem that needed to be fixed. They checked the car, washed it, and didn’t even charge me. They knew I would be back!

I brought my Mini Countryman to Alpine for an emergency engine issue on the day before I had to leave for a trip, and they went above and beyond to get my car fixed within that tight timeframe. I especially appreciate how friendly and communicative they were through the entire process even though my schedule constraints were so demanding. It was my first time bringing my car to Alpine, and I’ll definitely use them again!

I had a very professional experience at Alpine Autoworks. They attended to me promptly, did exactly what they said they would, and completed the work on time. I have known most of the owners that have worked on my BMW, a 91, 96 and my present one an 2005 E 46 M3. I would like to compliment all of Alpine's staff. M3's are hard to get expert repair and quick service. I would like to give thanks to Mario, Jessica and staff for the prompt service and quick turnaround. Mario had a wecker to pick up within couple of hours after the call. Had tech testing and inspection, discovered other needed repairs. I would like to thank everyone again for all the cooperation, effort and concern in repair, progess and pick-up . I will contact Mario on my next repairs needed, he is understanding, polite and knowledgeable.

I've brought my 2015 BMW here for work when it's needed for years. This shop has always taken good care of me, my car and they updated me every step of the way. Most recently my turbo failed and had to be replaced. So far the car has been running like new. Always a great experience with these guys. To be honest, this is the only place that I trust with my BMW. Even the tow truck guy they sent to pick up my car was very knowledgeable, polite and gentle with my car. A+ experience.

Best BMW shop in Memphis hands down!! From the first phone call, to dropping off my car, getting the estimate and completing repairs Alpine remained in communication with me every step of the way. Their honesty and comment to you and your car is above all the rest. My car needed a lot of TLC due to it being older, and over 150k miles, and they did not disappoint! They will be the only ones to touch my 2008 328I now. It drives and rides like a new car now!

Guys... this is the place to go for BMW service/repairs. I was a "go to the dealership" kind of guy for the longest. I kept hearing rumors of Alpine's integrity and willingness to help. Long story short... dealership quoted me a 6k repair for an issue I was having. That's a lot of money. I decided to try Alpine... they were half of what the dealership was (in this case) and showed me where some of the things the dealership claimed to be faulty were indeed not. I learned a very valuable lesson and will be using Alpine's services from here forward. Thank you to the staff for being kind, personable and professional. All of you are great!
