Al's Auto Clinic is the only one I trust with my car. He's honest and fair. He's the best! Karen is the absolute best! She's professional and knowledgeable. My mother is 83 and she also will let Al work on her car!! Highly recommend

From day 1, Al has been a God send. He told me that it was my lucky day...and it was. Al's Auto Clinic has taken care of my 1999 Merc. with care since about 2010. I trust him to even refer me to a tire shop. The office staff are just as caring and professional. I always refer my family and friends to Al's. Thank you.

Since relocating to Fresno, the helpful, friendly and professional folks at Al's have taken care of my vehicle twice. First, I needed a new water pump, then later, a new alternator. On both occasions, Al's did the job quickly and inexpensively. Karen was especially helpful in getting my truck back on the road both times, and it's now running great again. Highly recommend Al's Auto Clinic!

Als Auto Clinic is very helpful and professional from the office staff, to mechanics and techs. They explained to me my cars issues and if any setbacks were to occur what would happened then. But with great news no issues. Car was done quickly. They understand car service & repair. And Gary's Muffler, the business next door was also very helpful. Great Team!

The best vehicle recommendation I ever received was a few years ago when a friend suggested I take my car to Al's Auto Clinic for a problem. Ever since, I have done just that for service, repair, and vehicle guidance. At Al's, they really care about every customer who walks through the door, no matter what the problem being brought to them. I cannot praise Al and his friendly staff enough for always being honest and upfront in their dealings. The diagnosis is spot-on, the work is phenomenal, and the price is always fair. I am extremely thankful for their quality care and service.

Al's Auto Clinic is the best. Every time I've walked in, Al has greeted me at the door before letting his Office Manager help me. During our last visit, my wife was worried about her Hyundai after striking an animal on the highway, so I took it in for her. Al personally checked it out and couldn't find anything wrong. He didn't charge me a dime because he said there was nothing to fix. Al is an honest man with a great staff. I recommend Al's Auto Clinic to anyone looking for an honest mechanic who provides quality service.

My car needed major repairs, and my mom was able to put the repairs on her credit card, problem is she lives in Texas. I was in tears looking for a shop that would accept payment from my mother. After two hours of phone calls, my mom found Al's. Karen, the woman that answered the phone was incredibly helpful and understanding. I will always be a customer of Al's Auto Clinic for all my car maintenance needs

If you want to wait a long time for a repair and not have it completed while also getting charged a large diagnostic fee this is your place. Came here for warranty work, waited weeks with nothing being done. Took our vehicle to a different shop and had it fixed within days after this shop put the blame on a warranty company. No one in our family will fall for their deception again. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake.

Took my 2014 GMC Sierra in for AC work couple weeks back. So far so good !! Karen took care of us and has great communication regarding updates and education on the procedures. Great work and service!!

About four years ago my wife's Nissan Sentra the transmission went out and Al's auto contacted the warranty and really helped us. Now my 2020 Nissan Versa the transmission went out and I look forward to working with them again

I had a wheel cover that fell off from my vehicle and just needed screwing which is half an hour job. They were nice and affordable… i went to couple two places before them and tried to charge me crazy for just an easy work like $100-200 and for just screwing! the owner and his employees were very nice and kind people and did them for $40 not try do like shady stuff like most of others!!! not to mentions that they accommodate me when they were very busy. Thank you guys very much what an awesome group of people.

I've never once experienced delight when going to a repair shop. Not once. I actually didn't think it was possible. Al and his lovely wife treated me like an old friend. They genuinely care and take pride in honest work! While I sat in the waiting room I saw first hand how they operate and their long time faithful customers are loyal for many reasons. Even if they just did their job and were honest and dependable mechanics, that would have been enough, but no, they go above and beyond and treat you like family. Al and his wife are so kind and thoughtful. They truly care for their customers and it shows tremendously. They appreciate your business and value your time. I can't even begin to say enough good things about this shop! I don't write reviews, but because of my experience, I was compelled to. In all my dealings with shops and auto mechanics, I have never felt like they actually cared. And why would they? They are doing a service in this death heat. They don't have to care. Do the job, that is definitely enough. Not these people. You don't see it much these days. Such kindness is priceless and I will never go anywhere else because of how genuinely good and wonderful they are. I am so grateful to have stumbled across such amazing people. Thank you again!

I found a New mechanic. Both of them were very nice. What matters he got the job done. They will not over charge you. Between Tower Automotive and Al's. Finally good people and excellent help

My wife and I have been on a road trip starting from Virginia, and hadn’t had properly working AC since Arizona. Al took us under his wing and helped us diagnose and repair all for an amazing price. Couldn’t recommend more!

We had to get my vehicle fixed here under our insurance plan, it was done quickly and he even threw in an oil change!!! It was awesome! So, I now only get my oil changes here and he is super quick and affordable! Love this place! A true hidden gem!

Went in to get a diagnostic test and my car was in such bad shape he didnt even charge me for it and just told me to get my money back for the car which i did because amount to fix was too high. So awesome honesty
