I dropped my car off unannounced late on Saturday and they said they'd take a look on Monday. By 10:30 on Monday morning, they called me to let me know they had diagnosed the issue and gave me what seemed like a fair estimate. They replaced my radiator and did an oil change by the next afternoon. Everyone working here was nice and they were quick with their service. Car's been running great since. I hope I don't many future car issues, but will look to Al's if I do!

Came in with tire exploded and wasn’t even acknowledged. Asked for help and big old white guy was rude and didn’t want to help

I pulled my car in while it was breaking down expecting the worst. They really could have taken advantage of my situation. Turned out to just be a loose radiator hose. They were honest and got me back on the road at a fair price. Very nice customer service. Would recommend to anyone for an honest shop

Great customer service and quality work at a fair price. AB and Shawn are an honest guys and know what they are doing. I wouldn’t trust my JEEP with anyone else. Not only do I get my regular maintenance services here, I had a rare instance where my diamond ring fell into the defrost vent and AB took my entire dash/electrical system apart to find it. He reassembled everything with no problem. I am a customer for life. I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks again AB!

We love Al's. We have been going there for probably 20 years. We always get treated fairly and never feel like we are getting ripped off. The customer service is great! My family all use Al's and highly recommend them.

I don't usually give 5 stars. Even to the vet best. But these guys deserve it. Al's tire shop is a life saver. Sean the Boss Man, is a vault of automotive knowledge. He and his crew can fix damn near anything. I've only ever had one problem with a repair and it was dealt with professionally and speedy. Most any kind of vehicle is welcome. Next time you have a serious car problem... Go see Al's Tire and Auto Repair

For a while I’ve been driving 30 minutes to another shop because I couldn’t find a good honest mechanic nearby, but I brought my car in to be seen as their shop was recommended by my boss. They actually resolved my issue within less than 10 min, and didn’t charge me because they mentioned the fix was so easy. The person I believe to be the owner was very honest with me and kind. I will be taking my vehicle to their shop from now on. I would absolutely recommend this shop.

It’s not only hard to find honest people in this field but also people who give you the same consistency but at Al’s you get both. I’ve been going there for almost 2 years and any time I’ve ever needed to visit I know Al & his team will be honest & get the job done as quickly as possible.

HONESTY - thats what you will get here. I needed some work done on my 2009 Toyota Corolla a couple of years ago when I first moved to the area. I checked the local Facebook group and almost everyone recommended Al's. My boyfriend brought his car in at the same time to have his tires looked at and they did it free of charge as a courtesy. Today I took my car in to figure out why it was shutting off at every red light. They did a very quick check and discovered it was the ignition coil. They said it would be best to just get the part from O'Reilly's and replace it myself so I did and the problem was solved. Because of this, I will continue to go here when something is wrong and I will refer them to all of my real estate clients and friends moving to the area. Thank you!

They seem to be very trustworthy and honest people. My mother has used them more than once and I have taken my car to them as well as my children have taken their cars to them and we have never had a problem... Had to revise my review after getting majorly screwed over on 2 cars dealing with them.... Sad cuz we had been goin to them all our lives.....

Big fan of my experience. A Midas in Austin, Texas off Guadalupe Street said I needed $2,200 worth of work done. Something in my gut told me to get a second opinion. I took it to Al’s while visiting family (family referred me) and what I needed came to a little over $350. Nearly saved me $2,000. Highly recommend.

I work in the collision industry and recently moved to a shop without a mechanic. When I tell you I won't take my personal vehicles anywhere else anytime soon, I mean it. Shawn is the hook up on mechanical service and Ab for tires. I sent a repeat customer over there after Honda quoted her 3500 to fix her issues. Shawn found the actual problem the dealership missed and was in and out a few hours later for $200. I can't say enough good things about Als and all the guys that work there. They've repaired my 2002 Ram 2500, got her running like a champion. New tires on my 17 F250 and numerous vehicles for the shop I work at. It seems rare these days to find good people that are knowledgeable and fairly priced, but that is exactly what you'll find at Als.
