Horrible customer service, got a flat so i called them to see if they had my size. Instead of saying no they just hung up in my face and then when i wasted all my time driving over there on a flat thats when they finally tell me they dont have it. So no i wouldnt recommend.

Went in to patch my tire(patch is 26.00 when you use your card). They tore my tire because they didn't mount it right. They didn't tell us what they did. If you need a good person to do the job right, go to 1120 Jacksboro Hwy. Way more experience changing tires.

This place used to be awesome, I had been going for years. But ever since the owner went to the other shop and is no longer there, this place is awful. Customer service is lacking. This one employee that's there now is rude,short and dishonest. Doing fake jobs and pocketing the money. I really wished it wasn't like that but..my last couple of experiences with this company have been trash. Well, time to go elsewhere.

Needed one new tire, and wanted to match it up with the other new tire that I had to put on my vehicle a 1000 miles prior on the front(drive axle) of my car. Went to Pep Boys,and got told they could only put the new tire on the rear axle due to "safety" concerns.... Came to Alta Mere Tires. I not only got the same price I did up the street, they were able to do exactly what I requested, and had me in and out in about 30 minutes.... You just won all my future tire business.

Edited and updated review: I have come to this location for a few years, but no more! Had a patch done on my tire about 4 months back, in which the front driver wheel was temporarily removed I believe, and when the younger long haired Hispanic worker put my tire back on and tightened the bolts, heard a sound that was louder than normal, but thought it was ok because nothing was ever said and he didn't seem bothered. Today I had to go to a Discount Tires bc I got a nail in my tire while driving and they inform me that they do not even think they can fix it bc they are having trouble removing the tire due to the two mangled bolts, and that my hub was bent pretty badly and I would have to get a new one. You can tell by the photo that they had no idea what they were doing. It's almost comical. Then I'm told they didn't even patch the tire correctly in the first place. I am out a lot of money now. To that worker: get a new job, bc you are absolutely no good at this one! And it was definitely this shop bc I have only gone here for years. My favorite tire shop! There was no wait at all, I had the convenience of waiting in my car while they fixed my tire, and I had a fixed tire and was on my way in seriously about 10 minutes. Saved me before work. Highly recommend if you need a tire repaired!

I've stopped in several times lately and this time JJ the manager took the time to meet with me and answered all my questions for my tire purchases. I look forward to doing future business with them, they're very honest and reputable, and take the time to treat you right👍

If I could give zero stars I would. I got my tires changed 5/15/23 and went straight home. I live five blocks away from the tire shop. On the morning of 5/16/23 on my way to work my tire popped off the rim. I called such tire shop and they said sure bring the car back we’ll fix our mistake for free. That’s not right. It’s not for free. It’s an inconvenience. I live five blocks away. They could’ve sent someone to fix their mistake. I will be suing for damages.
