Have used Alter-Start North before with ok results. But this time Mike was suppose to call me back with a quote for the cost of a trailer hitch and installation. After 2 weeks I'm still waiting for the quote. I realize Mike is very busy but nothing for 2 weeks? Next time I need service I won't be calling Mike.

Good mechanic but don't tell the truth when he have your vehicle done, has lied to me many of time of when I will get it back and he will not call you when your not getting it back or answer his phone

Mike is da man! Very knowledgeable in vehicle repairs and VERY reasonable pricing for the job he does. I highly recommend this repair shop if you have the need for repairs.

Poor customer service. Made appointment for my vehicle to be looked at and when I arrived for the appointment I was told "I don't have time for that" even though appointment was made days ahead of time.

I showed up without an appointment and they were able to take care of my problem, right away. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The price was lower than I was expecting, so I was very impressed with the company and will go back again and again.

The owner Mike is absolutely awesome and very friendly! Everyone that works there is super nice, honest and knows what they are doing! Everytime I have gone in there they provide great customer service! I have been to a few auto repair places and you get a feeling that they are trying to get more money out of you rather than save you money. That's not the case here at all! Mike has saved me money, time, and hassle w his open and honest personality. You guys are awesome! Thanks so much guys!definitely a place you want to keep coming back to and where you become a regular customer.
