Austin was amazing. He was able to troubleshoot and figure out what was wrong. Besides having to do technical diagnostic repair, he was able to look at our RV and our pets and realize that our dog had been lying on a vent which had been tripping a breaker. Great attention to detail and very honest. Having someone in the field who not only is great technically but with integrity it's rare. Super confident in him and he will be my go-to with anything that I cannot figure out myself.

Austin is the best in the business. He replaced a ceiling fan and sewer vents, repaired a loose grip on the side step, and installed a backup camera in my Class b RV. He was punctual, efficient, and honest, charging a more than fair price for his services. I would highly recommend him to anybody who needs work on his/her RV.

I contacted Austin in reference to a furnace part that was needed for my Coleman pop up camper. Austin retuned my call promptly and was able to recommend the proper OEM part and even sent a link to me for ease of ordering. Austin is professional, honest, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. We had an emergency after 4:00 pm with our RV’s large awning as the winds picked up at our Chatfield campsite. I found Altitude Mobile RV Repair online, called and Austin recognized our predicament, came right out, and fixed it before we had serious damage. He also repaired a plumbing leak in our outside water control area that several other techs had said was too difficult. His fees are reasonable and he provides detailed written receipts at time of service. Do not hesitate to call Austin for any repair needs.

My #1 person for rv repair would never trust or call anyone else. From hail damage to my water heater going out I have used altitude rv. Austin is a very honest and straight up small business owner who actually cares about his customers like family. Finding someone that is honest and does very quality work is hard to find these days. Not with Altitude hands down will never use anyone else can't be happier doing business with them.

Austin came out to dewinterize my camper and was really good. He was easy to communicate with and schedule, and even had a replacement faucet and was able to install without charging an arm and a leg. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an rv/camper repair person.
