They performed the services needed very quickly. I had a sensor that went out and they figured out which one. It was causing my vehicle to turn off while driving. All fixed now.

Tried to sell me a car for 4000. I called and I was told nothing was wrong with the car and it needed NO work done . So I get in my car and drive almost 2 hours to look at a JUNK car. When I test drove the car check engine light came on immediately the transmission clunked as soon as you put into gear and the whole front end made loud clunking sounds. So I wasted my time and money for nothing

My brakes were squealing and they diagnosed the problem and showed me the issue. They were willing to work with my brake & router issues; only fixed what needed to be fixed. They were fast and friendly. I'd go back.

Place is scamming clients. Replacing high end parts for generic parts. Damaging vehicles so that you can continue to return and spend more money. Very suspicious. Fraudulent services. Will report to better business bureau.

Took my jeep there to get check engine light repair they said they did charged me good amount money then I hit a bump the light came back on .....thinkn I like to money money in a buddy business I gave second chance took my jeep there when I was in accident to get repaired the repair turned out to insurance claim total loss they rushed me get my belongings to find out jeep wasn’t picked up by insurance till weeks later and have found out my custom seats and flooring was sold on offerup for $500 .........

SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT GO HERE. They tried to charge me $80 for a synthetic oil change and gave me a very hard time about it when I repeatedly said no. They were even trying to belittle me. I know enough about cars to know that my car did not require this. I went with the regular oil change. A few weeks later I took my car into my good friend’s auto shop for new brakes and they did an inspection. He asked when the last time I got an oil change was and I told him just a few weeks ago. His response, “Well, your oil is like tar. It looks like its over 10,000 miles old. They clearly put old oil in your car.” Please do not go here. They could have cost me thousands of dollars in damage.

Much can be said about a first time interaction with a business, and based on this first interaction, I will make sure to return. Had an issue with my car battery and Called Alvarez Auto Repair. Sent over his employee jump the car so I could drive it to the shop (live within a 3 block radius of the shop). When I got to the shop, the battery was tested and everything was normal. Strange situation and when I went to pay for the labor for the 1/2 ordeal, he accepted nothing. Great first impression and will make sure to return. Thank you for your great service!
