There service is not good at all the fixed my tire and it was flat by The Time I got to RT 14 and they refused to fix it and I lost a lug nut and I took the other 4 lug nuts off by hand what great service the good lord had to be on my side for the tire did not come off driving down RT14 SMH check your lug nuts before leaving

They are Honest, they explain what needs to be done, they work to make sure you get back on the road safe , they care for their customers, If you ever need your vehicle to get fixed or to look at to see shat the problem is ,I highly recommend to see them

They are a scammers fixed my tire got down the road on RT14 and was on a flat they refused to come fix my tire and I brought them my tire with the receipt and they said it was not there problem since I drove off I lost a lug nut they didn't tighten the lug nuts I took them off by hand what good crack head service

Brought 2 tire and 2 rims. One shredded, one possibly resuable. Santiago came outside with me., Inspected both tires and rims. Told me one rim was not salvageable but the other one was fine. One tire was shredded and in no way fixable. After inspection of the tire on the rim that was non fixable he said he could switch the good tire to the good rim and quoted me a fair price. Never got a call back so an hour before they closed to check the status and was told that the tire wasn't fixable and that they had none of my size on stock. I said ok and told them I'd be coming to pick up my rims and tires. When I arrived a completely different man( the owner I'm assuming) claimed I owed him 100 something for mounting my bad tire On my good rim. Complete incompetence. No communication whatsoever as far as asking me if I still wanted the tire mounted if it was bad. And almost extortion for doing nothing at all. They need to do a better job in training their techs And communication between the front and back end . I thought I found my new tire place but I guess not.

Ran out of the house without my debit card. Only had a $20 they covered me. It was a kind gesture for the situation. Very quick flat tire repair. $30 30 minute tire patch. Better than buying a new tire. Woodstock Tires, McHenry County Thank you to the business.

They are busy busy busy and for good reason. I trust them completely to service my vehicles. I have a Lexus IS 300 and a Toyota Prius. They have been instrumental in keeping my moms 99 Lexus RX300 in great shape. They had to install a new motor in her RX which is very complicated. They put a new steering rack, O2 sensors, and custom brakes on my IS. The pricing is excellent, in fact the great value/cost they represent is nearly impossible to find. Everything is straightforward and at times they have fixed a few things without charge. Ex: They replaced license plate lights for me. Jorge and his crew are honest and value integrity. This place is a really rare gem! I recommend them across the board to family and friends.

Went there for ac compressor and got my car back to find my radio not working, went in and asked what happened and they just shrugged their shoulders and said nothing. Wouldnt recommend going there, very unprofessional

When they told me the price I felt like I was stealing from them, very affordable and quality work. Awesome people, George was super nice, definitely come here for all repairs and inspections
