I’ve been coming to Alvarez Tires for a year now and they’ve always taken good care of me. Best tire prices for all 4 and NEW! Staff is communicative, kind and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for tire service!

Reliable place & affordable prices !! I went by this place on a Sunday afternoon about a month ago, I bought a used tire. The tire is great and still in a good condition to use. The owner and staff are friendly, honest and understandable. They speak both English and Spanish which is always a plus in Miami. I will be absolutely be back to this place for all my tires concerns and problems. The team is lovely. Their honesty and hospitality truly stands out among their competitors. The prices were insanely reasonable, and they even offered to replace my stripped lug nuts with no service charge. Sadly I had to leave town; however whenever I’m in the area I’ll know who to come to when I’m in need.

Called for 235/45R17 tires, Daisy helped me over the phone… something that is usually a huge struggle in Miami. Even though someone in the back was telling her to not look for my tires, she just ignored him and gave me a 5 stars customer service. So this 5 stars are only for Daisy’s service. She looked and found one tire… but she didn’t felt good with the quality of the product and she preferred to lose a sale than sell a bad quality product. That is where she SHINED!!! This is how business should act, with honesty and respect to other people’s money. Since what I need wasn’t fulfilled, she explained that the combination of that tire is something they rarely have because it doesn’t have demand. She offered me the other services they could help me with, for now or for the future. This is how business creates clients for life. BRAVO Daisy, thank you for your great service. *This business didn’t pay us for this review. This review is not a promo, it’s just to give an applause to the employee who shined. Dont go to this place to put air in your tires. They only care about services they are charging and will straight up let people skip you so they can get paid. And they lie they dont put air in your tires for free they tell you to pay them whatever you want meaning you are forced to tip them! Dont waste your time here.

Fast and reliable service. Went there for a tire patch and they had me in and out in 15 min. They're very honest about whether to replace or fix a tire. Will be coming here again for any tire service!

Updating my review to reiterate how Great this little shop is. Returned here to fix a flat. It's well worth the drive from Kendall. Great friendly attentive service. Eneto? I'm sure I'm spelling that wrong. He took care of my flat in less than 10 minutes. They patch flats here from the inside instead of using that plug stuff. And at reasonable prices. My family has been coming here for three generations.

Buen servicio y rápida atención, fui a poner una goma nueva y ellos me cambiaron la válvula por una nueva también puesto que se deben cambiar porque la anterior se deteriora, cosa que no hicieron en otra gomera que fui, los recomiendo 100%

Fast, Efficient and Careful. Took in my brand new 2023 chevy Colorado for a bolt in my driver side tire. Tony was quick and careful on handling my wheels to ensure they stayed un scratched. I was in and out in 20 mins.

Woke up and noticed one of the tires was flat. So I called another company which is very close to my home and their attitude over the phone was horrendous. So I decided to check other nearby places and found Alvarez Tire. I went, and they were quick, very professional and pleasant. This confirms once again that smaller owned businesses provide better customer service.
