You pay for what you get is all I’m going to say!! I asked the guy not to use my tire and rim as a chair while he change my brakes and he said nothings going to happen to it. Ummm sir it’s extremely unprofessional for you to sit on anything that you didn’t pay for!!! However, he argued with me about nothing is going to happen! BE PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES IF YOU EXPECT FOR CUSTOMERS TO RETURN AND REFER OTHERS TO YOUR BUSINESS!!! You’re surrounded by shops and options are PLENTY!!!

Very friendly At the location by AutoZone on Belknap., they always fix my car at a very reasonable price. seems like I’m a regular over there. Sam is really nice and so is the other main guy. They are very helpful. I definitely recommend that place to everyone I know who needs a mechanic

Be careful about leaving your car there because I left my car there for them to diagnose a problem and all they did is hooked it up to the machine which I could have done that at AutoZone or O'Reilly's right next door I come back a week later and my catalytic converter is missing I asked the guy I said what the hell my catalytic converter is missing he says how do you know a weird Choice Awards if it wasn't them shouldn't it be more like I told the guys because I started it it still starts that's how I know my Cadillac converter is missing yes I drove it there on a trailer but I started it to get off the trailer and on the trailer

RIDICULOUS!! We purchased our tires brand new here, any respectable tire shop warrants their tires from nails/screws for a certain tire life. We show up & they tell us they’d have to charge us to patch the hole, they were willing to insert a plug for free but not install a patch. We ended up paying $20 for a patch.

Always prompt and friendly service been coming here since about 2015 for tires, tire plugs and my inspection. Today I paid $7.00 for my tire to be plugged. When another shop was trying to charge $24.99 plus tax in Euless.

Sam the owner is the only person is there good. other people I don't trust. Specially the one with the specs on . The Spanish kinda older guy he is very rude . Don't trust that guy he is very rude and don't even care about the work . He defiantly ruin your vehicle.

SAM the Kurdish guy wearing glasses he has very bad attitude, he was not listening when I was talking to him,I took my camrt to change my AC Air compressor, the mechanic disconnected both cable of the horn and didn't connect it back,next day I noticed my horn was not working I took it to other mechanic charged me $100 just to connect the horn cables,because the mechanic was looking for other fuses and he counted the labor work,it is because of Sam and his mechanic . When I called Sam to explain you guys forgot the horn cables, he wasn't listening he was kept saying we didn't do it,which they did it,that horn cables are not disconnected by it self and both at the same time

Terrible! Sacar dinero es lo único que quieren, no les interesa el servicio que brindan. Fui por un cambio de aceite. Les entregué mi auto en millas, me devolvieron con el tablero en kilómetros, entonces el aceite lo tendré que cambiar dentro de 3000 kilómetros, es decir me durará la mitad de tiempo que lo que dura en millas. Mi conclusión es que dejaron la mitad de aceite o capaz no hicieron el cambio. Aparte me cobraron un valor y luego me di cuenta que el letrero dice “cambio de aceite por 19.99” si hubiese leído los malos comentarios que tienen antes de ir, no hubiese ido. Pero si lees mi reseña, trata de evitar ir a este lugar. Se nota que son deshonestos. Si estafan con un simple cambio de aceite que no es un valor exagerado de dinero y que es “sencillo” de realizar, no me quiero imaginar que cosas le podrían hacer a tu carro en casos más graves.
