Recently I changed the oil because I had a fight with him, they made two pipes very close and because of this. the antifreeze pipe wore out. very bad mechanic and the girl at the table. They said it would be $500, in the end I paid $680 for changing the oil and 3 filters. I changed the same work for $540

I hope everyone here will get terrible long hours waiting service later in their miserable life. Waited for a day to get service. I was kept saying that I needed to wait more and more.

The woman who works in the shop seems like she is forced to work and she is attitudinized. After asking a lot of questions, she told me that “ We don’t have that filter “ . You could have done it in a more practical way ma'am, like when I asked you this question, you could have just said we don't have it. That’s all.

Should of know better, once waited five and half hours for a truck wash that I could of done a better job with a garden hose. Anyhow came in to get oil change. Lady at counter was rude and snarky. Shop was empty but she claimed it would be awhile. I asked for approximate time. She said “I’ll call you”. I said I had to be back on road in 4 hours top and again asked if that would be issue. She rolled her eyes and said Repeated. “I’ll call you”. At this point I firgured if customer service was this bad no way I was trusting them with my truck. I said never mind and started for exit. She mumbled something about white peoples wasting time. I left and will never return. Promise.

When will I learn to trust reviews. I went in for a steer wheel seal and within 200 miles it was gushing hub oil. I call the shop and they wanted me to bring it back in so they could verify it was leaking. So I explained that it's not safe to drive. I need to have it repaired. I was told the manager would be in first thing on Monday morning. I call and as it turns out the manager is off for the week and won't be in until the following Monday. Now, with saturated brake shoes and a leaking seal, I need to find a shop to fix their mistake. I tried to explain to the tech it needs to be torqued to 300 lbs and not backed off. He kept tightening the hub nut spinning the wheel and backed it off ..spun the wheel then tightening it again. Bit of a language barrier. Since they refuse to help me correct the issue, I'll contest the charge with my bank and send them the invoice, maybe then they'll call. You could have cost me my truck, or my life to a hub fire. Train your people better. Understand that driving on a leaking hub seal is a big no no with DOT and asking someone to drive it back when they already said they were hundreds of miles away is reckless. You should have national insurance that pays for this kind of problem. No exscuse for this kind of poor customer service.

Come here to fix a flat tire, took a bit but whatever, at the next stop saw it was still flat, went to a different place and they said they missed the hole, they placed the patch next to the hole, like seriously, it's sad you guys can't ever do a simple tire patch.

Stopped in to have an ABS issue worked on. Let the mechanic (Rob) know that I only had about an hour as I had an appointment. This guy did everything he could to get the job done, reasonably priced, and in time. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Terrible service. The only cashier went to lunch, manager did not have anyone to cover the register while she was out. Everything came to a stop for 30+ minutes.

Worst experience ever with an oil change, stay out, rather change somewhere else 3 ,30 hours from start and they haven't manage to finish the oil change, truck wash is not near better, no acid or degreaser or solvent to clean better the vehicle! Waited in line for wash for 1, 30 hours I gave up, parking is pricy , what in the world I they still open for?

this is the worst place where I had to wash my truck ... I had to wait 4 hours ..., as a result I got a pretty badly washed truck, minus 4 hours of work and a bad mood !!! before you want to wash your truck here - think twice !!!

They are nice, and slow... I don't recommend using them for anything more complicated than a burnt out light bulb.
