Ok so I bought tires from this location twice (Stine) no problem the reason for the 2 stars, service was great...well today I go in for a tire repair due to me having a slow leak, made the appointment yesterday. I call before I go in and they tell me to bring the car in within the next 2.5 hrs cuz there's only 3 people ahead of me, I called so I wouldn't waste mine, or their time. I go within the hour, get there, have to wait 15min to be seen and told that they can't service my car and to try 3 other tire places. Mind you this is for the tires I bought from them within the last year and they didn't even regard that I had an appointment...I'm so over them, my husband had an issue with them as well about his ball joints a few years back where they screwed up and he despised them ever sense. Being I had no issues until now, I can definitely say they lost my service for sure.

TJ and Jose were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service! Did the job in a very reasonable time and were very communicative about the process, paper work and pricing. The technicians/mechanics were very friendly and knowledgeable about their craft. Will be a repeat customer!

They deactivated my tpms somehow when I got 2 new tires. When they rotated the old ones to the front the front ones didn't activate (retrain) I took it back to them the same week and they said it was out of battery when they scanned it. And tried to quote me over $300 for new tpms, each one being $81 plus labor and I needed two according to them. They used the same sensors when they put the new tires on so I asked why the new tires showed good battery life (knowing all the sensors had been replaced previously and should have had good life)to which he acted like I was crazy for having such a thought. After lots of YouTube videos I was able to try several things to get my tpms sensors working again. They had put them in sleep mode somehow. DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR TPMS

Great service not pushy and they seem honest not like the last place I went. Said my cabin filter was really dirty needed to be replaced. I stopped by O'Reilly on my way there and changed it.

You have to realize that seldom I write reviews. I’ve purchased tires here before, and today got a free flat repair and tire rotation. Which is an amazing value. But that’s not why I’m writing a review today. I’m writing the review because the customer service is outstanding. Rare do you find a tire shop that genuinely cares about their clients. I happen to witness it first hand today from the front desk with Tony and how he was helping an older lady. Also, the professionals and care I experienced today also with Tony assisting me. I believe you build a business through relationships, and they’re doing it the right way. I Highly recommend American tire depot, 10/10 great customer service.

Thank God for Jose and Tony who helped Jose to order me new tires. I didn't realize tires crack on the sides and he knew I should replace them.He said they were purchased 2019. So now I have peace of mind on the freeway ftom;They also offer an extended warranties incase the tire takes on a nail. Jose thanks for letting me know about extending warranties. Tony who is the official Manager always smiling.made my day greeting me and knew me by name.

The guys at the American Tire Depot are amazing! My partner and I were traveling from Los Angeles and experienced some disturbance in the car on the freeway. Jose was quick to locate the issue and fix it immediately for us. We couldn’t have been more satisfied!
