Honesty and willing to help you out the best way they can without dishonesty & racking up a bill w/undone work like the experience I had w/ previous tire company that will be report to (BBB) soon for scamming. American Tire Depot (this team) They work hard and are always on it the best thet can being being as busy. Ame. Tire DEPOT fixed what I was billed for that the other company never did. The guys at Tire Depot (at least this location for sure) is where you should get your tires. We will suggest (already started) suggesting them to everyone we know! The manager and team are great!

Great service, I was a walk in for a flat tire. They took me in and within no time my car was ready. Affordable and didn't try to over sell me. This is my new tire place. Mario was very welcoming and professional.

I ended up at American Tire Depot by mistake. But it was the best mistake I've ever made. As a single woman I've never been so well taken care of by a car shop. They explained what was being done, why it needed to be done, options to do it, even making sure I knew of cheaper options. At the end of the day, when I got on the road with my car, it was the best my car has driven since I got it. The alignment was perfect. Perfect!!! Previous places had told me they couldn't get it to go quite right. This place made it happen. I will be bringing all of my vehicle related business back here in the future. Their great care of me has won them a lifelong customer. Thank you.

American Depot saved my life! My brakes kept going out after 2 brake changes within a month. American Depot inspected my car to find that the other installation place pressed on the piston too tight that created a leak on the brake pads which was why I was having braking issues. I drive for a living. American Depot not only saved me and making my vehicle safe again but also saved my riders and other drivers on the road as well. I’m going to this place for all my car needs from now on. Not only do they support veterans they have better prices as well. Thank you American Depot for being dependable and professional.

Picked up a bolt (complete with washer) on my way home from work. Pulled over, got out and looked....(insert curse word here). Drove to the nearest tire shop and ended up here. Mario was very busy but nice and professional (hustling through his day) and got me in and out of the shop in under 30 minutes with no charge!! Thank you American Tire Depot!! I will be coming here in the future!

Store manager Austin and I miscommunicated on air ride to gas shock/strut conversion kit on my 05 Cadillac STS. Austin immediately gave me 3-4 solutions and he followed through 100%. He got my car back in right away and solved the problem as promised. I’ve been using this shop for about 15 years for all my mechanic work that I can’t do myself. I’ll continue to do so!!

Took my daughter's car in to have an alignment done and tires installed. Another great job by Austin and his team. Great service, prices and they are fast! My family will only take out cars to American Tire Depot for tires and suspension service!! Highly recommend this shop.

Austin the service manager is incredible. I took my car in to get an alignment. They found that one of my control arms had a loose bolt and was missing a cotter pin. They fixed it. I took the car home and then I started hearing a clicking noise from the front end. I took it back and they were able to isolate it to a loose sway bar. They tightened up the sway bar and the noise is gone. I trust Austin and his mechanics. They're honest and do good work. I'll only take my car here for any suspension work in the future.

The tires I was looking for was ordered and arrived ahead of schedule. I was notified by Mario as soon as the tires were delivered and was installed in my car in a timely manner. American tire depo’s team were all very professional and trustworthy. I will go back to them on my next car care needs and will definitely refer them to my friends and relatives.
