Perfect! Definitely recommend 👌 Just changed the review from 5 stars because of the recent experience. Called, and the shop confirmed availability. We drove by the shop, and they said, "Wait until we check your car." After waiting one hour under rain , I checked with the office to see how long more we have to wait! He said he didn't know we were waiting! Sorry, it's not recommended, and the last visit.

Got me in right way. Extremely professional ! Honest and upfront about the cost from the beginning. Turned out all needed was a tire patch. I have nothing but good things to say about my service provided. If you need any service involving car tires, this is the place to go!!!

Love this shop! Brandon was a huge help with figuring out a sensor problem I’ve been having for over a year. I had taken it to 2 other tire shops and they weren’t able to find out what the issue was. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within about an hour and a half. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for the help today Brandon!!

Very honest place- after I replaced two rear tires from Costco, I brought my Tesla for alignment. Carlo checked and told me that I should have my front tires replaced too before I do the alignment. I went back to Costco and have the rear tires replaced. Today I brought my car back for alignment, Carlos put the car on the rack and did the pre alignment check. After a though exam, he came and told me that the rear camber is excessively out of spec that they couldn’t adjust. Though that can do adjustment on toes, he suggested me to go to the dealer or mechanical shop to have the bend part replaced, then bring the car back for a complete alignment. Twice they could have taken the money and done a little adjustment and told me what was wrong. They didn’t. I will go definitely go there.

I do not live in the area anymore but my wife and I were visiting our grandkids and I noticed that my daughters tires were in bad shape, later that evening I searched for a tire shop near my daughters home, with good reviews, so when we returned home I called American tire depot and spoke with Freddy and I asked him if I could schedule a time for my daughter to come in but I wanted to prepay for new tires and an alignment, Freddy took it from there set it all up, I thought it might be difficult but fairly easy, he said he would not be in that weekend but Brandon would be in and he would relay all information to him, when my daughter got there Brandon gave me a call to let my know what was going on and he called me to let me know they were finished American Tire Depot were very helpful, professional and went above and beyond with communication, I would highly recommend recommend team and company

Updated from 3 stars to 1. Suggest to avoid this place at all cost. I found out that tires don’t need to be deflated for rotation, so they deflated my tires purposefully to damage them so I can go back to replace my tires. Now I recall that the front desk guy (forgot his name, white, ~30, blond hair, with long beard) said I can call him if I decide to change tires in the next couple days. I felt a bit weird why he anticipated me to make a decision this fast, so I remember this conversation. Now it seems that he anticipated my run flat tires to be damaged very soon due to the deflation they did to my tires. Fortunately I didn’t drive a lot before finding out my tire pressure were low, and didn’t encounter any big potholes. I can’t believe they do this to people. This is CRIME. I came here for complementary tire rotation, still, thanks for that. The front desk suggested me to change all my tires because they are 6 years old. I don’t drive a lot, so after 4 years of driving, I have only less than 10000 miles, and the tread are 6/32 and 7/32. I said I needed to do some research and also consulted on changing tires, their prices seem OK, so I planned to come back if I decided to change my tires after doing some research. However, my car feels a little weird after the rotation, and today I found out that my back tire pressure were both 29. I inflated my tires just a few days before the rotation and they should be 36. I thought it might be my car’s tpms not recognizing the rotated tires, so I reset it, but still 30 after driving for a while. Then I used my pump to check and it was also 30! So it was not tpms, my tires have been deflated after the rotation and they didn’t tell me rotation could cause that. Thankfully my car has run flat tires so I’m OK. But I won’t come here for any service anymore, the front desk said he wanted his customers to be safe on the road so suggested me to change all my tires because of their age, but they left me driving my car with deflated tires. I’m also attaching a photo of my tires, they seem to be in OK condition, although the front desk said it was because people put tire oil on it in car washes. I didn’t detail my car, it was washed by the dealer because they wash the car after service, and my tires look the same before the wash. I understand that they are business and need to make money, and unfortunately I have already changed my oil etc. this year, but I’m grateful and did plan to come back either for tires or oil etc., until I found this.

Excellent and professional service. Arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and was immediately taken care of. They had my car up on the rack and service was complete in under an hour. The only tire shop I use for both of my cars, highly recommend these guys. They are great! Tesla MYP

Great and Fast service! Dropped off my car for a Flat tire repair, Alexis also offered the rotation service. They did everything within the estimated time and free of charge because I purchased tires from them. Good service and friendly staffs.

Whatever happened to honest business?!! Brought my girlfriend’s SUV here bc it had a nail, needed a rotation and she bought the tires here. Initial check-in guy was super nice. They checked the tires and a bearded younger guy told me, in addition to the nail, the technician found two screws on the sidewall. So, the tire was irreparable and I needed to buy a new tire. I asked to see the tire and he took over five minutes to bring me the tire. Finally, he came out, showed me the tire and then said, “oh, it was just the nail stuck in the tread. We can put the tire back on and see if there’s no leak at all.” I checked the inside of the tire and could see could see there were no punctures at all. There were also no sidewall punctures no other two screws or anything like he said. He took the tire back and had his tech remount and air up the tire. He came back moments later and said the nail only stuck into the tread sideways and there is no leak. Had I not questioned him, we'd have spent about $400 due to having to get two new tires to keep the car balanced. I will NOT return to American Tire Depot and I will always steer customers away from them. Dishonesty just lost you all a lot of business! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Would very much recommend watching these people install your tires, they crossthreaded my lug and now i have to get it replaced because it broke off defintiely dont leave your vehicle in their care

The counter clerk Mazila had a very good service. She took my call and set up the appointment for me promptly. Later during the day she patiently explained to me the service and purchase terms and offered me assistance to personally fix my tire issues. However, other than her only good service, American Tire Depot had a very poor service and communications to their customers. I called 10 times and spent 50 minutes on phone just trying to reach the service agents to check on my order status. The person answered your phone would give you the standard answer ‘I’ll transfer you to the local service’ then after a few seconds the phone is hung up. Repeatedly you have to do so many times with vain. I would not recommend American Tires Depot to anyone based on their service attitude.
