Terrible business in 2024 they don’t take apply pay get with the times they’ve lost my business for the foreseeable future until they update their services

Even though they had.. I think two people in the office and a couple people in the warehouse on the weekend, they were quite exceptionally awesome to deal with even though I have a very finicky type of Boss who only wants a certain type of tire They were all able and capable of working through my troubles to achieving my bosses satisfaction Now I do not know what people will get on the weekday but on the weekend is it is very pleasant to deal with these people here Later Edit : I forgot to mention the tires here for both for small cars and for big commercial tractor trucks and trailers The tires prices here are quite price quite reasonable

Courteous, friendly staff! Very organized and great teamwork getting trucks/trailers unloaded! Fast unloading! Lot is a little tight but doable!

I came in to pick up a Lyft order for a customer and I have been sitting here for more than 30minutes. This is unprofessional there is one man that being attended to and multiple computers to multitask on. I understand that first come first serve however greeting people when they enter any business establishment would be honorable to the owner. You never know who may be entering your business or who they’re working for. Took two MEN BEFORE ME….. I was there first …. $4.98 waste of gas.

Was a Tires Now customer for over 7 years, and never had a problem with them when they went through ownership changes. Now they have been acquired by ATD and my account has been deleted. Have been trying to get set back up since 6/20/2022. Just called again yesterday and was told my ticket was being escalated and I would be hearing back from someone within an hour, same day at the latest. Never heard back. It's a shame because they are located so close to me but if I have to work this hard to do business with someone I guess it's a sign that I need to take my business elsewhere. My backup vendor was just acquired by US Autoforce, and I was able to place orders through them without having to jump through any hoops. I guess US Autoforce is now my new primary tire vendor.

Very nice front office check in, big docks, long waiting time, they load tires by hand, 689 tires 4 hours,Though job. Be patient not their fault.

Been there a few times to pick up tires for a local Ford dealership. Fair prices and staff was quick and friendly
