Worst place u wanna wait good service but worst place u sleep to get ur tire staff are slow short all the time I would give it zero star but there is no zero star other tire places they really fast that’s why every tire place is busy

Appointment strict, will not deal with you until 7am sharp, check between dock door R3 & R4 at the end of the building, can't drive around building, when coming in towards building go to the left, my appointment was at 7am and they didn't start on me til 7:30, its kind of a tight spot, I had 498 tires, had to drop my trailer & choke it, restroom available at 1st door next to ramp, 3 and a half hrs getting unloaded, to be fair the guy said they a lot going on this morning and they were friendly.

A bit neutral on this establishment wasn't treated very well as independent delivery gig worker no signage to denote please come inside to counter and recieve your paperwork in this new manner in-which we've obviously just started and didn't inform anyone when the policy was going into effect but again privately owned and operated and not open to the public to purchase their tires direct at a lower cost but clean and organized not so timely anymore

Appointment time was at 9am didn’t get into a door until 11:30am and still being unloaded past 5pm. There was a 10am appointment that was put into a door at the same time I was and he was unloaded and gone within two hours. Employees take more smoke breaks than tires off of the truck.RIDICULOUS. But they want you to be on time for your appointment but can’t get your truck unloaded.

Have had an account with this company for many years and have realized that if your not a big account, you get bottom tier service/pricing, we haven't seen a sales rep for about 3 years come by or even call for that matter, no point of sale material. you can literally go online and find several companies where their retail price is less than our cost. How do you build up your business if the same products you are trying to sell cost more than if you just ordered them yourselves retail from lets say a company like tirerack.com. This is why small companies are not able to survive or barely compete with the bigger companies. When I call they told me I don't have enough history for them to help cover shipping since the tires I needed were national and not local plus even though I am paying more than I would with say tirerack.com which they have FREE SHIPPING on top of that?, How can I build history if I have to buy online to get fair pricing??? and to be competitive?? Moral of the story is buy online it will be cheaper until we hurt big companies in their pocket cooperate greed will continue to be a thing.

One of the drivers out of the Tampa location was speeding during the delivery of tires and came close to hitting me as I walked across the driveway. He is a dangerous driver who shouldn't be on the road. I made several attempts to report the incident to the management without a return call back.
