This was my first visit to American Tire Lube after moving close to the area. The staff is very friendly and professional. You can't beat their prices either! The time it took them to do an oil change was under 30 minutes and I didn't even have an appointment! I would highly recommend this location and their services.!

I wish I could give them zero stars. At first glance this seems like a great shop. I took my car here to get a diagnostic check, because my check engine light was flashing. After pulling the codes, they informed me that three codes were popping up and they had no idea what could be the cause of the issue, BUT they suggested replacing the knock sensor on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I was told that if replacing the knock sensor did not fix my car issues, that I would only be charged $75.00 for the diagnostic check. They replaced the knock sensor, costing me about $450 with parts and labor; however, I drove the car only 2 miles before the check engine light came back on. I attempted to bring my car back, but then my car cut off on me and would not start. I called them back letting them know what had happened and how I would need a refund for the knock sensor and only need to be charged for the diagnostic check like we discussed. I was told that they would not be honoring their word and even got hung up on after voicing my frustrations. Luckily, I listened to my gut telling me to take my car somewhere else, where they found a leak in my radiator. American Tire Lube not only reneged on their verbal promise to me, but also failed to do a thorough check of my vehicle to discover the real issue. This unfortunately, cost me time and money. Spending $450 for a sensor that I later discovered was under warranty. I highly recommend you find another shop to take your vehicle. They can not be trusted no matter how nice they seem on the phone.

My car overheated nearby. I callled around. Harry with American tire seemed really nice and accommodating over the phone. The price quoted was cheaper than everyone else’s. While waiting in the customer waiting area, was the cleanest I have seen in an auto shop. Will definitely come back.

I just want to take my time to warn the people out in Georgia that this place is terrible my vehicle these people had over a year I spent over $4300 dollars these people ruined my vehicle. I brought it to them in good condition every single time they tell me to come and get my car there was something more worse wrong with it. I would advise anyone to let these people do serious work on your vehicle. The mechanic is homeless drug addicts, and then you will ruin your vehicle and tell you you brought it in that way I personally wouldn’t stop at nothing until I get my money back. They got one star from me and that’s because Allow me to Go below that

Seriously the best shop you could ask for. They got my brakes fixed in no time and really helped me out. Staff was chill and friendly, the place is clean, and the prices are nothing to complain about.

Stopped by early Saturday morning for an oil change - brought my own oil and filter, which was no problem, just paid a fair price for labor. I was in and out in 20min. Service was good, friendly gentleman behind the counter. Will return

Drove in and asked if they could handle a much needed repair. Techs jumped on it and completed the task in less than an hour. Also definitely the cleanest and most organized waiting area I have been in for a auto repair facility. Owner is very professional and polite

I came here for an oil change last minute. The receptionist was very professional and explained everything I needed to know. Also he didn't over charge me & actually gave me a discount for being a first time customer. The mechanics started on my car right away. Will definitely be here again.

I hate getting my car serviced in any way because I have had so many bad experiences with male mechanics trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. They refuse to listen to me, treat me like I'm stupid, and try to talk me into unnecessary services. This place was not like that at all. I walked in for an oil change. The guy at the counter was very nice and professional. They got my car in right away while I waited in their nice, clean waiting area. They got it done super quickly, and they didn't try to sell me any unwanted services or parts. I will definitely be back!

I went in for a oil change and things went fine until my car started smoking. I returned to have the car looked at and found that they never put my oil cap back on. The company refused to look at the problem unless I paid for diagnostic test, but my car never had this problem nor any symptoms leading up to this. Whatever happen led to my heat supply connector being damaged. So of course, I replaced it. Please don't trust these people.

Recently relocated looking for a professional and fast oil change service. I called and was greeted on the phone and told to come by and they would take care of me. Upon arrival, the establishment was neatly decorated and clean. They were fast and affordable!

When you walk in before your service is started he tells you if you give them 5 stars and a review you get a free item. So glad my reviews are based off of service and not handouts otherwise I would’ve been among the many fake reviews you see on this post. Owner is EXTREMELY rude. Admitted to swiping my card about 20 or more times. The money came out of my account. He turned the mic off at the front counter, which is how you communicate with the associate, while I was talking. He was being so rude to the point that it started to piss me off so I returned the energy. He made me call my bank and even the bank told him that the money was taken from my account. He wouldn’t give me my keys until I paid him via cash app and kept telling me “you don’t wanna see me be rude” bucking up on a female, sassy as hell. Will NEVER return. Please take a class on customer service. I pray my oil was even changed correctly after seeing a review after leaving how an entire bottle of oil was left under someone’s car. There are plenty of other places to go in the area, please do not go here. The reviews are fake. Edit: Because pray with me don’t play with me. Commenting saying “I remember this transaction” another lie lol nobody was inside the shop the entire time of my transaction besides me and the owner. Giving away free stuff and begging and bribing for 5 star reviews are not the same. Also my magnetic strip is not cut in half please don’t make me upload a picture and show even more how you’re a liar.
