Bought a new Corolla today and had a great buying experience. Miguel Solis worked with us from the beginning as we ordered the vehicle a month ago, all the way to the finish line as we drove it off the lot. Miguel was very professional and attentive. I would recommend him if you’re looking to purchase as he’s patient and knowledgeable. We will continue to request Miguel for future car purchases!

Got an oil change using a sale they had online. Most of the people were friendly but my service manager was not too overly friendly. The sale was a good deal

Poor customer service, decent auto work. Service representatives are not customer-oriented and are hard to reach. This will be the last time bringing my Toyota in for service here. It's unfortunate because this establishment's service department used to be top-notch but has declined over the past three years since I've been coming here. Wait times are longer and the customer service is poor. The auto mechanics do a good job (hence 2-star review, instead of 1-star), but sadly the service reps teams bring subpar attitudes and service.

I drive my 2018 Camry for Uber. I get plenty of oil changes and other maintenance in addition to repairs. I always worry about upselling. A shop telling you that you need stuff you don't actually need. It's good to price compare, also. Toyota on Alameda claimed that I needed a new cabin filter for 60 bucks, which I can easily replace on my own for about 20. They also said I needed sway bar links, a new ball joint, and a new drive belt or serpentine. Their tally came to about 1500 bucks. Apparently I didn't actually need a new ball joint. I will do the cabin filter myself and I got the rest done for a little under 700 at a Jiffylube where they know me.

Broke our glove box, refused to do anything about it. Super inconsistent in their checkups. Wouldn't trust this place again

Pretty good experience buying from them. I do feel like they (like every other car dealership) try and trick you into every money-scheme they can come up with. I asked for 26k for my trade in and they told me it was only worth 18 and I finally got them to give me a few more thousand than that. Then they proceeded to list it on their website for (guess what?) …🥁 🥁 🥁 … 26k. 🤦♂️ Also, they were a bit weird about me switching over my possessions from the old car to the new car. I ended up having to do it in the parking lot of the bank I got the cashier’s check to buy the new car, which had me flustered with the salesman standing there waiting for me (he did help me move some stuff). But I forgot a crucial film that gives me access to my apartment complex. When I reached back out to the dealership to get that back they told me it wasn’t there… :( I live here locally and I think it would’ve been nice if they would have called to tell me they had it so I could come get it instead of just throwing it away when they cleaned the car to resell it. Not impressed by that as it is an expensive thing I’ll have to replace. Lastly, it was disappointing when I got the car the detail was very incomplete. The salesman told me he’d make it right and I had a free detail whenever I wanted to schedule it. So I scheduled it and brought the car in and when I got the car back it was even dirtier than when I took it in for the second detail: sticking orange stuff in the cup holders and on the ignition switch, trash in my back seat, the windows were “cleaned” with dirty cleaner or a dirty rag so they had a splotchy dirty film on them. I informed the salesman it was worse after the second time and he didn’t respond at all. Not very impressive as during the buying process their motto was something along the lines of “our commitment to great customer service does not end after you purchase the car and drive out of the dealership.” Tldr- Toyotas are great cars, but customer service and buying experience could be improved!

Purchased a used car and the car is in mint condition. I’m absolutely satisfied. However, the transaction took much too long due to a shortage of staff for the paperwork and service prep. There was also minor misinformation by sales that was corrected by Toyota corporate after we discovered it. In retrospect I’d do it all over again.

Somehow went in for a tire (because I got the tire warranty) wasn’t told that it wouldn’t be usable until 2 months after purchase, was told I would be able to use it right away. Then got it patched and when I got my Supra back it had oil stains on windshield and my stuff moved around in my car, oil stains inside the car, a scratch on my center console and a weird smell. If I didn’t have a warranty with them I would never let them touch my car again. The advisor was nice and came to clean it but I would expect a detailing when there shouldn’t be oil anywhere near my car when it’s in for tires. It’s sad because I heard about the bad rap the service department has but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Edit it gets worse: got tires replaced that were damaged during the buying process finally and I get an alignment and my steering wheel now has to be turned 30 degrees to the left to be able to strive straight I was fed up with them and got my money back and don’t get the third party tire package despite what lies they tell you it only covers a small portion of your actual tire cost and on top of that they stole my wheel lock key and haven’t returned it because “it’s lost” These people will never touch my car again and I will warn everybody like I was warned to never get service here.

I just had another great experience at LHMiller Toyota thanks to Angel Santos. She did a super job in getting my Tacoma through a very crowded backlog as all I needed was a simple oil change. She is what makes this dealership so popular for service. Keep it up!!

Service department damaged our new 2024 during routine oil change under warranty. They sent us away without fix. They refuse to honor the warranty. They refuse to return calls. When we do get someone on the phone, they route to full voicemails. Extremely terrible service. Do not use or trust this company!! It sounds like there may be a systemic issue with the 2024 Camry.

Be prepared to wait HOURS then expect bait and switch. The CSR changed pricing and had to talk to her manager twice when I balked, said orig tech from diagnosis 2 mos ago had to do it(!) but he was out after scheduling a week ahead. Whaaaat??

Since March, when they replaced the DCM, my Toyota app has not worked. They found that the replacement part was faulty and replaced it. I still don't have an app that works, and they can't figure it out. I have been paying for a service that I don't have. They say they've done everything they can. The people at the 800# say it's the dealership service that should be fixing it. I'm a very UNHAPPY customer!

I personally do not use Toyota to get my car serviced because I’ve had ridiculously long wait times in the past but today I was doing my parents a favor by taking their car in. They stopped making appointments awhile back because the realized that the wait times are about the same with or without one so I didn’t have an appointment today. Showed up at 1:50. Got an update at 3:00 to accept or decline additionally services. Didn’t hear anything after that so I finally reached out for an update at 5:25 since the shop was closing soon and was told my car had been done for a couple hours. Rep said she called a few times and left voicemails but I showed her my call log that had no such thing. She didn’t even try to check that I was in the lobby or call a primary number on the account and knew I would be staying until the service was done. Seat and all mirrors were moved. Thankfully nothing was broken or missing because my dads truck has had broken pieces in the past that have been taped. I will not be going back and neither will my parents

We were told on a on-line add. It would take an hour for alignment. It took 4 hours of waiting in the service department waiting area. Someone should have given us a time frame. When I approached the service assistant. She told me no way it would take an hour. She looked at me like I was lying. My husband showed her the add. She then apologized to my husband. Which was too late it had already caused an argument between me and my husband. I will NEVER take my vehicle there again. Next time remember the customer is always right.

My wife and her brand new RAV4 had an encounter with an unknown hazardous substance on the road, causing damage to the brake rotor. The rotor was ultimately replaced. Service Manager Joe Sanchez deserves a lot of credit for handling this situation and getting the car safely back on the road. Thank you Joe.

While traveling from Florida to California, my car needed urgent repairs. This happened on Saturday morning. On this day, all services are overloaded with work. Luckily I received understanding and support from Chelsea. Chelsea personally asked the mechanics to work on my car. And after a few hours, as she promised me, all the problems were fixed and I was able to continue my journey. Thank you so much Chelsea.
