I was in a huge bind busted tire close to home and they closed at 7 they actually waited for me 🥹when I say they rolled out the red carpet it would be an absolute understatement the staff was very helpful and the manager saba was so kind and helpful this place is amazing

They do the same quality work as other shops in the area but charges more than everyone else. Only use if you have to. They charge 75 dollars for size 16 used tire..... The dude made an excuse he don't want to break the tire pressure gauge so he suggested getting a new on installed for an extra 110 bucks yea right I took my tire to tuskskeegee tire up the road they fixed the pressure gauge ten bucks and a tire forty bucks...... Americana charges too dam much

Timely and expert service! Highly recommend. I called with a tire issue at 6:00 pm and was in and out within 40 minutes with a replacement tire to get me safely back to SC. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff and reasonable price.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I called in with a few questions Saba was on the other end to answer all of my questions. I told Saba I would be on my way shortly when I didn’t arrive she called and checked on me to ensure I was okay. This place stands out from any other tire shop because they genuinely care!! The most expensive tire shop around don't stop here and they will lie just to upcharge you.... Go to tuskskeegee tire shop like five minutes away. Great service and way better pricing

Used tires here are a good price they didn’t put one lugnut back one all the way and changed another for a wheel lock that I have no key for. They also put another tire on backwards

Went there today, on a Sunday, to get a plug. Very nice and quick service! Open 7 days a week!!! Very reliable. I used to go here all the time when I had a clunker, and the service is still excellent!

I have been trying to get tires fixed from people for months no one could get my tire off on the left front.....so I tried american auto tires....they have saved me 3 times....the best people I have met that will fix your car they even have a mechanic in their and they will work with you and tell you exactly what to do....Thank you American Auto tire you guys are the best...highly recommend

Just called and got quoted 100 for a USED TIRE!!! That is absolutely NUTS! You won’t get over on me maybe someone else but hopefully this review stops them too! Half of Charlotte charges around 30-50 for a used tires depending on the size NEVER IN LIFE I heard $100 try again but not with me!!
