Very professional and outstanding customer service. If you don't have an appointment, your option is to wait in line before it opens. It's a first come, first serve basis. So, it gets busy real quick. Also, if you don't have your receipt, they can look you up in their computer. (That's what happened to me)

Do not use Gosford store in Bakersfield, service agent lied because of his mistake and blamed it on me the customer. Not enough was done to rectify the situation, very poor service . Manager comp mount and balance but being treated that way was unacceptable

I’ve used American Tire multiple times and have always had a great experience. Today was no different. Hector helped me out today and he was very attentive and answered all of my many questions. My tires look great and I can always trust that they will take care of my rims without scratching them. I made an appointment and was in and out in less than an hour. I had a great and easy experience from the guys up front checking me in to an easy check out. I will definitely recommend them and will continue to come back.

This is the second time America's tire has been shown me exceptional service 👏. I went in on my lunch break because I had a flat and Eduardo helped me out with fixing my car up so I could drive safely back to work. I will not hesitate to return. Thanks again guys 🙂

Exceptional place for tires. Multiple bays and technicians do speedy work. Free air check for customers or non- customers. I have been using this company for years in multiple cities for all my vehicles.

These guys are not your normal tire shop. I had an issue that had been bothering me for 3 months. I stopped in and Jason took care of it and didnt charge me. I've been bringing vehicles here for a couple years now and Jason got another loyal customer. Thanks America's Tire Staff!

I never leave reviews but this time I had to thank you very much America's Tire team went in potentially for a new tire they didn't pressure me to get a new one turns out i had a flat with a nail in it they patched me up and sent me on my way I truly felt like a valued customer for once Thank you again and you earned yourself a customer.

Came in for a flat repair after going to another place that told me nothing was wrong with my tire. I got here early and waited in my car. The sales person came out and got me checked in early. Great experience, no pressure to buy a new tire, and made me feel like they would actually fix it. They answered my questions and made me feel confident about the service. This is now my go to place, highly recommend.

I've had all my cars get tires from this shop for almost 7 years. They are very knowledgeable, and although initially you may spend more here than at Costco, the quality service, extra warranty for tires (that they stand strongly behind) and highly qualified technicians is worth your time and money. If you value your family's safety, money, time and peace of mind, this is your tire shop!

Everytime I go there, their customer service is top-notch, from affordable tires to maintaining them and rotating them, to just driving up for them to just check the air pressure. I've had them replace the sensor on my wheels that would blink on my dash. Even when they accidentally broke a stud on my wheel, they had it replaced. This is definitely my go-to when I need tires. Thank you, guys.

Long time customer, but I advise you not to buy tires from this company. They are ready to sell you a new one if you get a puncture in your tire. They using excuse of safety if they can’t fix it , they will not put it back

12/5/2023...A big shout out to Leo for his exceptional service! I was rushing to LA for an appointment and realized I had a flat tire that needed to be patched, so I went to American tires. At this time I was totally convinced that I would miss my appointment but Leo swung into action, patched the tire and got me on my way in literally minutes! Plus he did it all for free! All thanks to Leo, I was able to arrive just on time for my appointment. Many thanks Leo, you are the Man!

Got my tires here! They'll match Costco's prices, and then in addition to the savings you also get the future free tire rotations. I can't imagine getting tires anywhere else.

I love coming here for any tire needs I have, staff is super professional and helpful, when I took a sports car I owned to have some new expensive rims I purchased, the individual at the front desk left on a note on the work order for the service staff to be careful not to scratch the rims, that to me shows they care and are professional, will keep coming back.

I’ve always come to American Tires on Gosford Rd for all my tires needs, their customer service is a 10/10 ; you can tell they really care about their customers I will continue to recommend American Tires to all my friends ; family Ruben was one of the team member who helped me and he made sure my tires were good; he recommended me to get the windshield wiper since he said mine were bad lol. American Tire keep up the good work!
