Phenomenal guys! Was hoping to get my tire repaired but couldn't due to sidewall damage and not in the budget for a new tire. They also informed me that the lug nuts I had installed were not safe. Goodguys on Herndon/Brawley and West Coast did not tell me anything and let me drive around in danger. No it was not a scam because they did not charge me for anything. I was hoping to get my new tires with these great folks but they didn't have the tires I wanted in stock so I had to go with the America's Tire on Shaw/Valentine. Thanks guys! Next year when I need tires or my gf needs tires you have our business.

They do not honor the warranty that you pay extra for. Still had to pay $62 to get a tire replaced for having a screw in it. Only 10k miles on the damaged tire. Shady business practice.

Just wow! I was driving through, and was Worried about a nail in my tire. I called, and they said to come on over! They found a screw, and patched the tire in < 1 hour, ALL AT NO COST!! Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

There aren't enough good things to say about America's tire as a store in general but this place in particular is amazing. Fire service, quick and efficient, as well as the guys who work here. This guy saved me close to 200 bucks on a tire I was going to replace. He reminded me about the warranty and...BAM! 24.50 is all I paid. 3 thumbs up! Yes I have three thumbs and this place earned all 3!😃

Matt R provided beyond excellent professionalism & service. He obtained the necessary info and eliminated the need to go back & forth for info when preparing the quote. The service performed was far above the norm. Amazingly, the quote was true to the end price.

Great Service came in for Nail & a bad side wall they informed me my tire was Manufactured around 1998 had no idea my tire was that old very informative & Friendly Isaiah was awesome didn’t mind double checking some info for me! Thanks again guys! I’ll be back for sure

This is a good tire shop. Knowledgeable crew, good service pace, and quality tires at a good price! Ya, sure, this sounds like an advertisement. However, I did this job for 20 years and can address the nature and quality of the work coming out of this shop. Like any service job, there's is always going to be a chance for a wait. Appointment or not, a job has its timeline, and that is what it is! You're asking for a mistake of you push/hurry certain tasks. As of 12/16/2023, this crew is doing a great job for their customers. Keep up the good work!
