I have been coming here for a really long time, almost ever since they opened up. I am always thoroughly impressed with the service. The employees here are incredibly friendly and professional, making the entire experience pleasant. They always work quickly and efficiently, getting my tires changed and patched in no time. Although I have almost dealt with everyone behind the desk but majority of the time it’s Emalie handling my car issues for me, very professional and friendly, always appreciate her help! Highly recommend this place for anyone needing reliable and swift tire related services.

Dear readers, you are reading this because you care about your money, your safety, customer service, and whatever you prioritize and value with a company. I hope this review of my personal experience, will assist you to determine, if this location or America Tires in general is worth your hard working money and safety concern for you and your family. To begin with , I purchased my tires from Tirerack and on their website it says they partner up with America's tire. I went to look at the specific location of America Tires reviews and did my research before choosing them. Tire rack did not disappoint on shipping the tires to America tires on time. My appointment is set for 11.13.2024 at America Tires to get four new set of tires replaced. Today, 11.13.24 waking up to knowing I will be receiving my four new set of tires, I was so excited to feel like driving on clouds, came to conclusion that I almost met Jesus. Keep reading to know what I meant by that.... Arrived at my appointment at 12pm Cali time on time. Serviced by Jesus at the customer service desk , he was a kind guy and I appreciate his help. Service was fast, I was out the door by 12:30-12:35pm. Now listen, I will throw some humor to long chapters, so don't take this personally, I am a woman and if we want to bring statistics to car knowledge, is like asking a guy to know makeup knowledge... So obviously , after I got my car back, I just drove off and not inspect anything. I put trust on the company to take care of me and my safety. I am paying for their professional and certified skills, otherwise I can put my own safety at risk at home... 3-4 hours later, upon arrival of home, I came to find out that I was driving on a improper installation (validated by AAA and another car mechanic person advice) of the valve stem causing tires to leak air. This whole time, I've been driving around with an airless tire on the freeway and running errands . Now again, people will read and say how do you not feel it ? You don't know who I am, I know who I am, I don't know how it feels or how I can tell when a tire leaks air or whatever. For me to tell the difference, it has to be a big flat difference and it sure is. Car knowledge is my last priority of list to "learn" on top of everything in my daily life. That is why people have professions and gets paid for what they do, so do it right, or take accountability when you do it wrong. second scenario that they fail to make me feel safe The basic norm of tire installation shops, they include all the little side services, like checking tire tps lights, balancing, rotating etc... They did not even check my tire tps light, because I had to ask them about the light. My light was still on and then he said give me a few minutes to run the machine to see why the tire pressure light is on. I asked him this after they were done with my car and called me to pick up the car. I normally do not have energy and time to write an extensive review. However, the call I made to them immediately finding out about my tire, motivated me to share my experience. My call with Jermiah, Jeremy, I was full of stress to even remember his name, is Jere something.. Upon the call, I was looking for resolving the issue, everyone makes mistakes, and I understand that. But, he immediately blamed it on the tires being "revised compound tires" I was like what the heck is that. Now, we're here shifting blame on the tires and not focus on their installation error. He did not even ask questions to show that he cares and wants to resolve the problem. By the way how me and Jere is communicating, I do not even feel confident that I will be taking care of tomorrow going in to resolve the problem. I would have went immediately on the day of to address the issue, however, by the time I found out about my tires, they are almost close and AAA would not make it on time. I've never experienced having a whole set of tires replaced and one last for only 4 hours and not 4 years.

Went there today to get a quote on getting a tire replaced stood in line for almost 20 minutes nobody ever even acknowledged me but an Asian woman came in right after I did and she got acknowledged in less than 30 seconds must be the color of my skin

I ordered tires off of America's Tire's website and had it scheduled for installation today. Every day over the past week, I was getting text messages reminding me of my appointment, including one yesterday to confirm that I would be there today. Unfortunately, when I went there I was notified that the tires I purchased off of their website were no longer available, and subsequently canceled my order and refunded my money. They have no explanation as to why they did not notify me of the issues with the availability of the tires (they claim that they left a voicemail but that was not true), nor for why their website allows the ordering of tires that are no longer orderable. No apologies for wasting my time to drive in just to be told that they were canceling the order. I just bought tires from Les Schwab. America's Tire, you just lost a customer ... maybe for life.

Great place to take your flat tire or fix a tire that has a slow leak. They repair your flats for no charge as a courtesy. Great policy as it won my future business!!

I always come here for my tires. Got quoted by Honda dealership $288 for 1 tire. Came here and America tire quoted me $201. Found out my tire was under warranty and got a new one for $38. The staff is always professional and they're fast. They don't make it an all day event to get your tires done. Keep up the great work!!

I had an issue with a tire I bought that, initially, one of the junior staff members refused to take care of. After the manager reached out to me, I went back in and he made it right, so I'm editing my review. I'm much happier now, but still leaving one star off for all the people who would have just taken the first response as stated and either not gotten their tire fixed, or been convinced they needed a whole new tire.

Emalie really gets the 5 stars! Great customer service asked how she could help me soon as she saw me and didn’t look past me to someone else who happened to pull into the parking lot way before they opened versus the person standing first outside the door. No greeting just oh you were here first in the van and told me oh you can just go inside. That’s really rude and inconsiderate. Jeremiah could have just acknowledged me and then said I’m going to help this gentlemen first. I always come to Americas Tires for everything and never get this kind of attitude. I originally came just to get my tire patched but after thinking over the information of my current tires and ensuring it’s affordable for me I decided to get all new tires. Thanks Emalie!

I cannot tell you how great customer service is at the Calvin location. Jeremiah hims lf turned my day completely around. I bent my rim and put a hole in my tire .replaced both the rim and tires in less than 30 mims

I pulled up to have my tires air pressure checked. The employee was helping a woman in front of me. Before he went into the building with this woman, this employee said to me, "Someone will be out to help you." I waited 20 - 25 minutes for an employee to check my tire pressure. I've never had to wait this long. It ended up this same employee; no one else helped. Not much communication amongst other employees or management.

Had a big bolt in one of my tires, very frustrating because i didnt want that expense of buying a new set of tires since you cant purchase just one. They were able to fix/patch/plug the hole and make the tire whole again (pun intended) AT NO COST... FREE - THIS, THIS made my entire day having an unexpected expense disappear, and the staff was beyond courteous. Worked specifically with Emalie at the desk very professional and knowledgeable no pressure sale to buy new tires. The mechanics were also very respectful and enjoyed their customer service. Im getting close to needing them and when it comes time to get new tires i will def be back to see this store.

I transferred from the Elk Grove location to this one because of the convenience. These are some hard working and knowledgeable young people. I love the new team and manager. I get professional service with a smile. They are always friendly and outgoing and answer all my questions and address my concerns. I'm always in and out within a hour. Will continue to use them.
