America Tire is the best. They are an excellent business model, as they go above and beyond for all patrons. While it may mean not making any money occasionally, it creates a loyal customer base that keeps their bottom line especially healthy. There is no question to whom I go for tires.

Fantastic place to get good tires for your vehicle or rotated, but make sure your center caps are all the way on or your car is going to be looking stupid like mine.

From the moment I pulled into the parking lot service was great! They got me in and out with my new tires, literally left my house, got my service, and now I’m home all in less than an hour. Keep up the great work!

I went there needing 4 new tires, approx 40 min later I was headed home. They are very fast and I like that tire rotation, tire repair are included with my purchase.

Could not recommend this place more! Customer service is A+ and every single person I've encountered that works there from the front to the back are beyond kind and helpful, and seem genuinely happy to work there. I came out today with four new tires and three new windshield wipers (one for the back) for under $500, and now my car drives like new. Thanks guys! You've made a lifetime customer.

I drove from Rocklin to get the only 2 tires they had available. I had 1 bald tire and 1 tire with a nail. I dropped my care off the next day, i received a notification that it was fixed. I retrieved my car and returned back to Rocklin. I noticed the low airpressure light was still on, I called and was assured the light would go off and they replaced my tires. The next day I checked the tires and they never changed them. I returned the next day and they corrected the mistake. Sucks I wasted 2 rounds trips from Rocklin.

Bought a tire at a moment when I was in a pinch and was helped very friendly and fast. Months later my tire caught a puncturing object on freeway and I brought the tire back here, they immediately came forward and honored the warranty I had purchased for it and helped me out rather quickly despite being very busy. Shoutout to Cameron for this friendly and helpful service!

I have no negative feedback for American tires. They give good customer service and explain everything about your tires to you as for as thread and the condition of it. I strongly recommend that you book an appointment online because they are very busy .

It's rare today to find service providers that actually exceed expectations. The Arden Americas Tire is one of those. I have shopped here several times over the years, and most recently yesterday. First, they had the best listed price on the tire I was looking for. I made an appointment and was checked in right on time, and out in 30 minutes, despite being busy. All of the staff are very professional and know their job. Even though I live in the South part of Sacramento, I would't shop anywhere else for tires.

They are always ready to go and moving keeping up with the very busy flow of people always coming in That's because it's a good place and trustworthy I got 4 new tires from this place. And have been driving on them for over a month. I just got a nail in my tire the other day. and they put a plug in for free and had me back driving on the road in a quick time. And there are lots of places nearby to check out like the cave and the plaza nearby I took a little walk to grab some food while I waited and received a text from the place letting me know my car is ready. so it was perfect I wasn't but a couple minutes away and was out .

Every time I need help with my tires I go here. I think it’s been a decade at this point, and consistently they are the most helpful in the bend-over-backwards kind of way. Not just to me but to other customers. Simply the best customer service and quality care at this location.

Sacramento location, arden way. Fixed tire I purchased in Redding says before. Took half the time quotes, no charge, simple leaky valve stem. Fit me in had me in the road by the time we finished lunch. Whew!!!!

I have gone to America's Tire--Arden Way and Florin locations--for years, in part because of the free winter tire changeover. In the last few years service has deteriorated significantly. The last 4 times the Arden Way shop failed to manually reset the TPMS, despite my asking them to do so, requiring me to come back. Last year and again this year they cross threaded a lug nut requiring me to take it to the shop next door (at their expense). This year they failed to tighten 3 of the 5 lug nuts on the right front tire. I discovered this when I started to hear a thumping noise from the front end. I will buy my next tires from someone else. Update--It turns out that the reason the lug nuts were loose is that multiple bolts had been cross threaded and damaged. After I tightened the bolts they quickly came lose again.I wound up having to have another shop replace all 5 bolts on one wheel and 2 on another. I was too far away to safely drive back to America's Tire. The other two wheels were okay. America's Tire quickly paid me for the repair with no fuss or bother on my part , which I appreciate. It is my impression that this is an honest, well meaning business with trouble hiring and retaining skilled workers, a problem I have noticed recently at many businesses of many different kinds.

We buy all our tires from America’s Tire and this is the best of the capital region stores — all of which are top-notch. Sitting here doing a review as they put four new Yokohamas on my VW. The last pair gave me 45k+ miles and we so much better than the factory stock. But the store itself is great. The guys and gals working here are always nice and professional— dude, they just rolled out and said “ready to roll.” Pro tip: get the warranty. They will replace bad tires without question, and they do free rotations and check-ups. My cars would be sunk without these guys. It can be busy here sometimes, so best to get there first thing in the morning. They’ll get you taken care of. Can’t recommend the chain and this store enough.

Wheel balancing to this place is a scam! they said they balance my wheels but they did not put any counter wheels weight after. rip off! dont take your car for balancing here. they will rip you off.

Terrible customer service! This doesn’t even deserve 1 star but it’s the only way I can give a review. Not all American Tires are the same as I was told by staff. I drove up to Sacramento from SoCal for a conference and wanted to have all four tires checked before heading back home. Usually once parked and checked in they would take my vehicle to the available mechanic. Not this location. You will need to pull in and line up to the only 1 designated garage. So I had to go back to my parked car, load my dog in then pull out so by the time I was able to do what I’ve been instructed, 3 cars pulled up ahead of me. The staff at the check in desk wasn’t even busy. Then the staff had the nerve to come out to check on me when he could have just taken my car to the designated area. So rather than wait I went to my car dealership and I was quickly taken care of. I bought all 4 tires with warranty at American Tires in SoCal that’s the only reason I brought it to this American Tires. I will never go back to this location if ever I need to go to American Tires.
