Casey helped me pick the right tires for my daughter Acura and made the whole process stress-free. The prices were competitive, and they had us back on the road in 30 minutes. Had an 9:30 appointment for four new tires and when I arrived, was promptly greeted and assisted through the process, going over what I had ordered and detailing the charges. At no point did I feel pressured or was tried to upsell or upgrade. A pamphlet of how to maximize the life of the tires and how they cared for them free of charge was given to me and my vehicle was taken in. Twenty minutes later, I was on my way with four new tires! Definitely an efficient, respectful shop which you don’t see often anymore and will be back as a returning customer.

Came in because the tire pressure light on my dash wouldn't turn off after filling my tires with air. Turns out two of the 4 sensors were bad. Also found out I was driving on some super old tires so ended up buying 4 new tires and 4 new sensors. I was in and out of there in an hour - I did make an appt through their website. This was my first time at America’s Tire and it was great! Cyprian helped me and he was so clear and patient with me. He really made me feel comfortable and very informative. The whole staff was really great! The staff working on my car was so nice too and they pulled up my car for me. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place.

America Tire is the best. They are an excellent business model, as they go above and beyond for all patrons. While it may mean not making any money occasionally, it creates a loyal customer base that keeps their bottom line especially healthy. There is no question to whom I go for tires.

These guys had a busy day (weekend before Thanksgiving). Tay-John and Cyprian were great to me, helped me out, and delivered great customer service. Despite stresses from the back of the house, they were fantastic to every customer and operated with the utmost professionalism through all of the stress. Great location! Great service! Best team! Could not recommend this place more! Customer service is A+ and every single person I've encountered that works there from the front to the back are beyond kind and helpful, and seem genuinely happy to work there. I came out today with four new tires and three new windshield wipers (one for the back) for under $500, and now my car drives like new. Thanks guys! You've made a lifetime customer.

Fantastic place to get good tires for your vehicle or rotated, but make sure your center caps are all the way on or your car is going to be looking stupid like mine.

I drove from Rocklin to get the only 2 tires they had available. I had 1 bald tire and 1 tire with a nail. I dropped my care off the next day, i received a notification that it was fixed. I retrieved my car and returned back to Rocklin. I noticed the low airpressure light was still on, I called and was assured the light would go off and they replaced my tires. The next day I checked the tires and they never changed them. I returned the next day and they corrected the mistake. Sucks I wasted 2 rounds trips from Rocklin.

Bought a tire at a moment when I was in a pinch and was helped very friendly and fast. Months later my tire caught a puncturing object on freeway and I brought the tire back here, they immediately came forward and honored the warranty I had purchased for it and helped me out rather quickly despite being very busy. Shoutout to Cameron for this friendly and helpful service!

I have no negative feedback for American tires. They give good customer service and explain everything about your tires to you as for as thread and the condition of it. I strongly recommend that you book an appointment online because they are very busy .

They are always ready to go and moving keeping up with the very busy flow of people always coming in That's because it's a good place and trustworthy I got 4 new tires from this place. And have been driving on them for over a month. I just got a nail in my tire the other day. and they put a plug in for free and had me back driving on the road in a quick time. And there are lots of places nearby to check out like the cave and the plaza nearby I took a little walk to grab some food while I waited and received a text from the place letting me know my car is ready. so it was perfect I wasn't but a couple minutes away and was out .
