The car horns are so loud! Also, from 7:20am there were staff members doing rev the engine in the parking lot, which was annoying. Black sedan. It's noisy even in the office!

I came in last minute to have my tires repair, and I was blow away with the service! the team not only tried to repair it, but they put my safety first and replaced my tire even though they were closed. I've been a loyal client with a discount tire. But with this excellent service, I'm a client for life. I’ve used America’s Tires for years and they have never disappointed. I recently got a flat and tried to get in elsewhere, but most appointments were not available until the next day. America’s Tires not only got me in within 30 minutes, but got my flat and wiper blades changed all within a couple of hours. Highly recommend this location and the team. Shout out to Alonso for the help

Replaced 4 tires here. Tire pressure was not set correctly. The tire stem valve caps were also missing. Stay away from this store.

Was able to get my punctured tire fixed as a walk-in customer within a reasonable time. I'm grateful for the great customer service received and the patience the technicians showed in explaining the issue with the tire.

We went to Americas tire at Steven’s creek because of a flat tire in the late hours of a friday which was today. They were kinda busy but Patrick attended to us and said they will try their best to help us. We are so blown away by their work ethics and professionalism. They did repair our tire and we were able to drive home safely. Thank you Patrick and the whole team of Steven’s Creek. We will definitely comeback for our tire replacement when the time comes.

Great experience. Professional treatment. Appointment system worked well. Waited during service. Full tire exchange took little less than thirty minutes. Team informed me during the install about status and how much longer it will take. The best was how the team reacted to an issue with my order. I had ordered two set of tires from outside companies, and cancelled one, but the cancelled tires still ended up at their place. Long story short. The wrong tires ended up on my car, which wasn’t their failt. They fixed the issue without any discussion and made the experience a breeze. No arguing, no uncomfortable situation. They even comped me the difference in cost, which made me super happy. Everyone was super friendly. Would totally recommend and come back.

I unexpectedly had a nail in my tire and needed to get it fixed. I went to America's tires. They viewed my tire and I was told I needed a new tire due to the thread. I wanted another opinion, so I went to a couple of other shops and was told the same thing. I went back to America's tires, I was taken in quickly to get two new tires for a very low price. When I went back to pick up my car all the gentleman that were working looked so exhausted. It was a day before Thanksgiving and everyone seem to need some sort of service. I just want to say thank you , you all worked so hard and I appreciate the fast service.

Really great experience here. I had purchased a set of tires at Costco, but installation was 10 days off ... I looked into America's Tire and purchased the same set online and saved about $60 due to Military (ex) discount and they installed next day with appointment. Dropped car off, done in 2 hours.

For Tesla owners: be very cautious with tire rotation service here. I just had rotation service done and I felt the vibration/click right after I sit in my car. I drove one block and 4 warning message pops out: stability control, traction control, automatic hold and emergency breaking were all disabled. FSD cannot be engaged. I went back and they told me they don’t see anything wrong with the wheel. Store manager also drove around didn’t feel anything. And they’ve never seen these errors. All they can do is to rotate them back. I have to go to Tesla service center and the moment tech sits in the car, he felt the “clicking and vibration” in the front right away. My car is at Tesla service center and it will take a few days to know everything. The initial diagnosis suspects that they did NOT tie the bolt correctly, they did not figure out the right torque probably. So it’s very dangerous because my wheels are loosen based my understanding. It ends up taking much more of my time and energy for a tire rotation. 2 stars because at least the whole process and their attitude of the service is fast and smooth, but the outcome is horrible.

Anthony was not helpful and very sad looking. I explained that my Tire had thrown a weight and then I buy all my tires and get all my service done by Americas Tire store. I told him I’d like to check the weight and get them balanced and rotated. They definitely weren’t busy today October 22, 2024 12 o’clock And he wouldn’t let me finish my sentence he said wow there’s nothing I can do today I have to make an appointment. I explained to him that the store on Monterey Road, which I normally go to see me right away, book my appointment and gets me in and out within the hour. He said nope not here. He’ll have to schedule an appointment and come back tomorrow. I said well you guys are not busy. I can tell your bases are empty. There’s three people in the waiting room. You’ve got technician standing around, so I guess I’ll drive the extra miles to the Monterey race store in San Jose anyway someone needs to check up on Anthony ‘s Customer Service skills. He really caused me some problems a good part of the story is I’m at the Monterey store in San Jose and they took my information and put my car in the bay within 10 minutes if you want an update give me a call.

I had an amazing experience with the service! The staff was very knowledgeable, and I want to give a special thanks to Patricio. He did everything to prepare my car for my competition. When I blew a tire during practice and had no time to spare, I called them, and they were incredibly helpful. American Tire should give that guy a raise—he definitely deserves it!

I had an appointment to change all of my tires. It was fast and professional. I’ve spent there maybe 30 minutes. Tesla Model Y. Everything seems fine. I don’t observe any problems with tires after the change.

I brought you wheels, cleaned to perfection, you didn't even need to remove or reinstall them. It still took you 1hr 15mins to do the job. You didn't remove the factory balancing dots. You destroyed threads on my center caps. You didn't tighten the rest of my caps. How can one be so incredibly incompetent?

Terrible experience and I will never come back for service. I walked in without appointment but was told that the tire replacement would be done within 3 hours. I was given a link to monitor the status. When I walked up to the counter at the time it was supposed to be done, I was told that the status was not correct. Then I was told it would be done in next hour. While I am writing this review 45min into the latest 1hour completion window, my car still sitting duck in the original spot. Terrible experience.

They properly inflate your tires for free. Just double check the tire valve caps afterwards, they forgot to put one back on and the other ones were screwed on very loose. I was near their Mountain View location when I noticed the missing cap and they gave me one for free, so that was also very nice.

This is where I will always buy my tires. Service is prompt and courteous, quality of the tires is great. When I blew out a tire by driving over a curb, they honor the warranty with no question. They even fix a flat tire that I had not bought there, and they didn't charge me a cent. That's how I discovered them in the first place. But I will always be back whenever I need tires.

Absolutely terrible service. You just lost a customer of 15 years. I called the location on Stevens Creek this morning to get a set or tires ordered, I could tell from online they did not have them on hand. The salesman said they can’t order over the phone and I had to come in. This makes no sense but okay. I wasted my morning coming in. There was one person in line ahead of me and a few people in chairs waiting. When my turn I told the salesman I wanted to order a set of tires and pay for them. He refused to help me and said I had to sit and wait. Again I was just there to order, not have them installed which is what everybody was waiting for. Why couldn’t he just ring me up? Lazy lazy lazy. I was able to get the tires I needed online with free shipping and a local installer. I am officially done with Americas tire.

Have been coming to this store for tires for the past 8 years and the experiences were quite positive. However, had a really bad experience recently with one of the guys over the phone - trying to place an online order for a pair of tires and the system doesn't seem to work. This guy got very impatient. I guess you have plenty of customers and don't care to lose a few.
