Mario instead replace the breack pads he cleaned and put it back after 5k mile I got a massage from the computer that I got 33%left in one and half month, I went back and he told me that the breack is good for 5k

I never write a review but this time I'll do it beacuse I want people be careful with this place I brought my car for minor problem and they didn't fixed it I went to another shop and they checked under the car and find out that it was very damaged it looks they didn't have the right tools to fix it then I told the owner and he didn't even said sorry or nothing very unprofessional people be careful and another thing they put cheap quality parts.

I dont take the time to write in about anyone or their business as that's so subjective open to personal views , interpretations and experiences. But as for this place all I can say is thank you !!! Took in car, got a price in an hour and car back the next day NOT A PROBLEM WITH THE CAR SINCE Pros who get the work done !

This shop was a complete waste of time, and the manager with the glasses was extremely unprofessional and dismissive of the fact that I had been waiting. When I arrived, they initially took my car and drove it around, making it seem like they were going to inspect it. However, they then put it on a lift and left me waiting. I asked twice how long it would take, and each time I was told ‘about 20 minutes.’ When I asked for the third time, I was finally informed without any prior notice—that there were several cars ahead of mine. They never communicated this upfront and seemed to expect me to wait indefinitely. Ultimately, when I asked again, the manager didn’t bother addressing my concerns. He simply lowered my car, told me to take it, and essentially dismissed me. I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop—there are much better options nearby.

I have gone here twice for not so major repairs. They are always super nice and the cheapest. I have had my rear break assembly replaced and the fuel pump changed. Hands down the best.

I had a flat tire with a larger and more difficult hole to fix. They did a great job in no time. I was a walk-in. I have black rims, no scratches. Job well done. Thank you, guys.

I've been coming to this location for about 4 years now! I must say this has to be some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! I have to make sure I take the day off work because it always takes at least 3 hours no matter what I come to have done. Everything I come here the manager always has a attitude with me for some reason. My tires always pop on the sides after months even though I only have 5 to 600 miles on them. They never give me a warranty on anything,! I know I've spent at least 5000 dollars on tires and rims easy! But none the less still treat me like I'm bothering them! I've been here now for 15 minutes not one person has spoken to me. No one is in the lobby as usual. I really wonder how they are still in business my God!

I came in Friday and 2 PM, they were nice and fast, but $30 for a patch+ $5 for paying with credit is very steep! I know it's a big place with many bays but that's more expensive than California!

I like this place I really do but enough is enough. This location never seems to answer the phone. My Lady had a possible engine failure and I recommend this place to her and she left work to drive there 45mins away she said she would go there if they pick up the phone. Between me and her calling we total 13 calls. My credibility is shot shot and it was extremely inconvenient for her. Work on your front desk management to retain good business.

Chose this place on a whim because I had a nail in my tire. I think it’s actually pretty dangerous to bring your car here if youre from out of town. My one experience is they didnt stand by their work after failing to do the simple job of patching my tire properly. Ended up having to come back twice within a week because the tire still leaked. Both times they refused to listen or fix their mistake. The desk guy’s final words to me were ‘it’s not my problem’ Be careful!

Little back story, I went to leave this morning and my tire was flat. Quite ironic, because literally the day before I was at discount tire to get said tire replaced but didn't. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Anyway, I checked google for nearby shops and called around. I did call Amigo, but no answer. I did read the reviews, but they are literally 2 blocks away from me so I took a chance so I could save on a tow. I dealt with two gentlemen. One who worked on my car and the other who processed my paperwork. Both were polite, and I didn't wait long at all. Overall I had a good experience coming here.

Got scammed pretty hard. Came in with a tire that was flat. They claimed there was a hole on the side wall that wasn't there before. Then sold me a super bald (pic below) tire for $45. I doubt I’ll get more than 3 months on the one they sold me. Scam central. But lesson learned on my end.

I was going to get my tires replaced here but after reading these reviews and how they really screwed that one guy that had just dropped his vehicle off to get repaired and instead impounded, ha! Not funny and no thanks I would never do business with these or any of the like crooks. Warning heeded. You guys should at least make an attempt to help the people that came to you for help. That's what keeps most business open, that and not biting the hands that feed you!

This tire shop likes to take advantage of ppl that don't know about tires. Mario is very rude and everyone tells you something different. They repaired my tire and left me with out the lug nut at another location and they sent me to this location and Mario said Its not dangerous to drive with out the lug nut. I was told by two other employees Ones name is Josue that I was over charged and when Mario asked he changed the story. I feel like they took advantage because Im a woman and don't know about tires. After this I learned. They are over priced rude and take advantage of you be careful. I don't recommend at all.

Doesn’t deserve a star I was there waiting for 40 minutes waiting to get my tire fixed and just kept saying will be with you next and then wanna be boss with glasses doesn’t know how to run a business how you even have a license probably fake one, tells the guy that has my vehicle in the air about to fix it that someone else was first when I was there before that person even stopped by more money instead of a 25 dollar tire repair don’t go to this shop BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!
