If you're wanting a HomeTown mechanic shop that will shoot you straight and cut the bull crap. This is the place that you need to be. They will tell you exactly what's wrong with the vehicle and they will fix it in a timely manner! I have been quoted multiple times double even triple of the price that I have been quoted for the same mechanical issue at Anderson. These guys have saved me thousands of dollars over the years. And will always continue giving them my business. On top of being respectable, honest and hard-working they're not going to waste your money. There has been more than just a few times that I was having repair done at Anderson and it turned out to be something else. They could have just thrown Parts at the vehicle and took my money. But they truly diagnose as they go. And if it takes more time they will simply tell you why and explain the reasons. They don't just throw Parts at things they actually diagnose. So if it takes a little bit longer than a dealership you must understand these guys are quality and not being pushed by a corporate CFO and actually care if your vehicle does come back. They understand they're going to have to look you in the face and Shake Your Hand they want to do the job right the first time.

I really wanted to like this place, and we gave them three chances to do a good job, but this last one was the final straw. The back door on our Tahoe decided to stop opening and we couldn't figure out why. We took it to Anderson on a Tuesday morning after calling and they told us to bring it right up. Any sane person would think that implies that they can work on it right away. Finally, Friday morning we called up there because we had not heard anything on it yet. They said they were going to start working on it right away. I was already frustrated that they didn't start working on it until we called up there but then they called back an hour later and said they drilled a hole and blew out the motor on the back door and it was working again. $80 later and we brought it home. It was our own mistake for not trying to open the door while still at Anderson's but alas we didn't try it until we got home. It still did not work. My husband called up there three times and never got a hold of anyone over the course of several days. He finally went up there in person and when he told them that the door wasn't fixed he was met with, "What do you want us to do about it?" Not only was that an unnecessarily rude response it was downright unprofessional. We just wanted you to fix the door that you said you could and even more than that fix the problem that we paid you to fix but clearly did not. If you value your time, money and vehicle, don't do business with Anderson Automotive.

Had the battery and intake taken from my sons car in their parking lot before we took it somewhere else for an actual quote. Of course they didnt know anything about it.

They were able to diagnose my cause of the issue that I was having with my jeep(death wobble). I came back three hours later for a fix. My jeep has been driving great ever since

Terrible!!! Had my 72 monte carlo done because I spent around $1,000 on new tires. Alignment wasn't bad, just didn't want to wear my tires. My dad picked it up and was it worse than when I brought it in. He took it back and they said I must have hit a curb. They supposedly reworked it and still horrible. Will be in the ditch in 50ft if not careful. Do not recommend this shop! If they would have fixed it I might recommend them.

This shop is so amazing they have great attitude and always really helpful and kind Now for the guy below with the 72 Montcarlo you sir shouldn't of brought in used part I was there that day when they were telling you what you needed to do was wait just a little save back up some money and get new not used parts they even explained why and they told you it might make your alignment worse but you mr. over here just trying to get a quick fix because your daddy helped you with the fee to get it looked at and let you barrow some parts off his 1970 model that sits behind his house broke down. Yall should give the shop more credit really because they will try there best and even go all the way with using your rusty no good parts if it put a smile on your face but they always explain what will happen you sir got what you paid for take it to another shop with the same used rusty parts your dad let you barrow and try and do the same thing your going to get the same result.

These folks are top notch! I was stranded with a shredded tire and they went above and beyond to help me. They let me park my car in front of the business the night before. They tried to get me a tire but the tire was an odd size. They could get it in the later that day but they let me buy a tire from somewhere else and they mounted and balanced it FOR FREE! They knew I was in a bad place. They were so good to me. Folks, you can't find that kind of character very often these days. If I need anything else, I will drive there regardless of how far away I am. They are worthy of your business.

Can I give 10 stars? I won’t go anywhere else ever! Toyota wanted over 3000.00 to put a new part in. This wonderful man said all it needed was something simple that he wouldn’t even charge me for. And the hundreds to fix my sway bar, turned out to be around 20.00. You’ll never meet a nicer mechanic or man than Curtis.

I do not recommend went in for a $85 alignment brought it in they barely aligned it and said he had to tighten a few things then tried saying it was gonna be $300 and the Aligment still wasn’t right do not recommend I will not be returning

I pulled in here one day with a car full of kids because my tire light came on and I didn't feel comfortable driving the rest of the way home. Turns out I had a drywall screw in the tire. The owner got my car right in. We walked across the street to get drinks while we waited. The owner offered the kids bottled water they had and when they didnt want that, even offered a vehicle to drove over, even though it was just across the street. By the time we walked over and back, the car was done. Tire patched. What impressed me the most outside of how extremely friendly the owner was, was when I went to pay he said he doesn't really take card because it charges him a big fee. The problem was, I didn't have any cash on me. It was only 10 bucks. He told me not to worry about it and he would cover it and pay the mechanic himself that fixed our tire, just remember them in the future for any needs. WOW! I can count on one hand the times someone has done that. Thankfully, my husband came by about that time, went and withdrew cash at the ATM next door, and we went ahead and paid the tire guy $20 just because of the sheer kindness they displayed. We mainly work on anything wrong with our cars as is, but for any of the things we can't do, we will for sure, 100%, take our vehicles here from now on. Can't say enough good things about this shop. Very highly recommend them for anything you need.

I started with suspension work at Anderson Automotive, ended up doing complete engine and transmission swap. These guys will tackle anything and do honest professional work along the way. If you have any car troubles I couldn’t recommend a better staff!!! They were beyond helpful even after pulling in after hours!! I got a flat tire on I-240 and I’m so glad it happened near the Anderson exit because I was meant to meet these great people. They helped me change my tire and I couldn’t be more grateful for their help bc I had no idea what I was doing and I was also in a company car so it was a whole mess haha thank you guys so much!!
