This review is long, long, overdue. In August of 2021 my car was hit by a tractor trailer at a four-way stop sign. A couple of days later it was towed to Anderson Precision Collision Center. About a month later the repair work was complete. The job they did was excellent. It far exceeded my expectations, my car looked like it had not been in an accident. The best part was APCC went above beyond to help me. My insurance stopped paying for my rental and the ownership at APCC stepped in took care of the expense. I would definitely recommend APCC.

27 years old & have never had to deal with a body shop, but for my first experience it went pretty great! It was a pleasure working with Traci. She got back to me in a timely manner and was always very detailed on explaining what was wrong with my car and how long things would take. Didn’t make me feel like a bother when I had any questions. I LOVED that I could just text her to communicate with her. I’m very grateful for everyone that worked on my car and do not take the hard work unnoticed. They also gave me a warranty in case anything is wrong with the work they did. Thank you everyone! 100% recommend them to anyone wanting outstanding and quality service.

After my last review I was able to speak with Mr. Anderson who humbly asked for the opportunity to correct the deficiencies before mentioned. He inspected my car upon arrival and not only got the three areas I noticed but several other areas as well. After a couple of days I got the call the car was ready and upon arrival he conducted the walkthrough with me inspecting all of the areas and explained how it was corrected. The team went even further and polished the entire car in addition to mirror-clean the car’s headlights (don’t know if they provide this service but if they do it is great for old vehicles headlights). In all the car was as expected and even better. Hopefully, Mr. Anderson is able to implement some additional QA/QC steps to ensure their excellent performance is always reached. When he stated he was going to get it right; he got it right!

Here’s a shout out to Traci, a very nice, professional and helpful service advisor. She assessed the issue with my vehicle, consulted with a repair technician and they determined that my issue was very minor and fixed it in the time it took for me to eat a hamburger while waiting at their modern, comfortable shop. I’ve done business for several years with the Anderson family back when they were affiliated with Wade’s Auto Body and I’m happy to say they have continued their high standards of customer service and service quality under their own banner.

I have only gone through the estimate phase so far. However I got a same day apt, and it was completed within 30 minutes. The estimate printout was very detailed and understandable. I walked out hoping the insurance company allows the work to be done there.

I normally don’t do reviews, but the level of service that I received from Jai at Anderson Collision - on point! If I could give her six to a few hundred stars I would. The insurance and car repair process is always so frustrating for everyone but Jai’s attitude and warm spirit really helped with the anxiety during the whole process. She was so detailed, thorough, and compassionate every time I spoke to her. The techs did such an amazing job with my car that it feels like new, again! Literally. Now I know exactly where to go and who to go to for my car repair needs. BUT let’s hope I don’t have to go back! LOL! Thank you so much Jai!! Anderson Collision - y’all are highly appreciated! Tahoe caught in hailstorm with damage pretty much all over. They got me in within a week and got it completed in less than a month. Paul called several times with progress. Picked up car yesterday and it looks like new...even smells new as they did a complete interior detail. Taking our Silverado in next week for some minor body work. Highly recommend their service.

These guys are thorough and professional. I went to their location on La Salle Ave. and dealt with Bob. I've worked with Bob since he was at a different body shop and he's always been great to work with. Once I heard he moved to Anderson, I used them instead. I've been chasing a water leak in my truck for going on 2 years. I've replaced weather stripping and the windshield and it didn't help. These guys spent time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and find the leak. It was not an easy job and required quite a bit of detective work as the leak was hidden and not at all obvious. They explained exactly what they found and even provided photos. I appreciate the time and effort they put in. To top it off, the price charged was reasonable. I believe they have finally fixed the issue! I plan to use these guys whenever I need a body shop down the road.

Anderson Precision Collision did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. While having my vehicle repaired, they made sure to keep me updated on the status of the repair and communicated with the insurance company to ensure all repairs were approved. The quality of their work is unlike any other repair shop I’ve used in the past. Every employee that I came into contact with was extremely helpful and polite. They have an enterprise rental facility on site which made dropping off and picking up my vehicle extremely convenient. I highly recommend Anderson Precision Collision if you’re in need of repair work.

Anderson Precision Collision repaired my Mercedes GLE 350. They handled the insurance claim and set up my rental from Enterprise, conveniently located on the same property. APC made the hassle of me not having my own vehicle simple and easy. I have had vehicles repaired at other body shops in the past. On almost every repair there were things that just weren't right. APC standards are second to none. They finished my car on time, and the work performed was better than I expected. Thanks again to Anderson Precision Collision for a job well done.

Drove all the way from Arkansas to have my truck fixed by them. The guys at APC worked their tails off to get my truck done in 5 days as promised even with extra work added as they dug into the truck. The years of experience are unmatched compared to everybody else in this business. I would take any vehicle, big or small to Mr. Paul Anderson and his crew because they only provide the best quality of service from start to finish in a very welcoming environment.
