I had an issue with my steering rack and pinion, and it was replaced with a malfunctioning part. It took me going more than 3x for a 2nd replacement because everytime I was just told to keep driving it, that the steering rack takes time to adjust. It was clear that the steering rack had issues and at last they decided to replace it. Upon replacing it the 2nd time, the steering wheel turns fine but the steering rack makes weird cranking/grinding noises. This back and forth has been for well over a month almost 2. When I personally called Andres he tells me that they're not responsible because that noise can be coming from something else and he has to diagnose. That as long as the steering wheel turns they're not responsible for any repair and that he didn't even charge me to replace the bad part that HE initially placed the 1st time lol. That's just ridiculous, being that the noise is coming directly from a part that THEY replaced for a 2nd time. Shady way to do business and very irresponsible. I will not be coming back to this shop.

I wish I can give this place no stars. I had the worst experience here. I called in for a tire alignment, I was told they can do the job. I brought in my new tire and rim to be put on and to get alignment completed. I told yes by the owner and he pointed me to the employee to do the work. I don't know if it was because of the color of my skin, I was turned down for the work. This a tire shop they put on tires and do they alignments why was I turned down. This is bad business they turned down a paying customer. I do not recommend this place. Terrible service DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP!!!

I had gotten some repairs done like two months ago to resolve an overheating issue. My car started over heating again and I knew I needed an oil change and possibly some coolant so I took it to them to see if that was the concern or if it was the same issue as before. I made it very clear to the front desk receptionist (both young ladies are the owners daughters) and the mechanic that I ONLY wanted him to look at my car to let me know what the concern was. I was crystal clear that I didn’t want an oil change because I had already purchased a certificate via Group On for Jiffy Lube. Despite my making this clear and the mechanic lying and saying my car wasn’t running hot and he was going to put some oil in the car to see if that was the concern, he “changed my oil” and I was told I owed them $66. I argued that I made it clear I didn’t want an oil change because of my certificate for Jiffy Lube and how it’s bad business practice to do work on a persons car without agreement and charge them for it. I paid them because I wanted to avoid problems (meaning me acting a fool). But this place will never get my business again!! I also have been recommended from the last visit and I took cards to pass out, but I wouldn’t dare send business their way. They are dishonest and the front desk was very dismissive of my arguments that I didn’t agree to the oil change to begin with. She had the nerve to tell me he saved my engine, I replied that was my grocery money and he saved it without my permission. A complete violation of my rights as a consumer to agree to work being done! What if I didn’t have the money??? Avoid this place they are thieves and I wish this wasn’t so, because I was so glad to have a trustworthy mechanic. I also noticed red flags when he stated my car wasn’t running hot, when he saw the steam coming out when he removed the cap. I hope that $66 was worth it, because your business will lose a lot more for taking advantage of a single mother. Thank God I’m saved because the old me would have made a scene, and rightfully so!!!

Date of transaction November 15, 2022 Amount of the charge is 181.50$ The business (Andre’s tire center)committed to install tires and alinement. Andre’s tire center installed the tires but didn’t complete alignment due to business hours. The business refuses to give me a receipt for the work in order to cover them self. They speak English but speak in Spanish so i wouldn’t dnt understand , not knowing i speak and understand Spanish. The business refuses complete the work they committed to. And they refuses to give me a partial refund for work that was not completed. Very nasty Business and very unprofessional!!!!!!!!! The manager is never available!

I used to live in Miami, they always offered me good price and good service. Now I have moved to Palm Beach, I still drove down to south to let them take care of my car. I’ve compared the mechanics near my home and their prices, they were either too expensive or not honest. Andres Tire is always my priority option. Hope your business getting bigger and open a shop near my home 🤗

The single worst tire shop on the face of the earth. I paid Andre's $40 to patch my flat tire. Not only did they not fix the issue, causing me to have another flat tire within hours of fixing the problem, but they irreparably damaged my $500 rim because someone was careless with a tire iron. DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Went in for back tire change and the lady that’s works on the phone tries to add extra charges/services that were never asked for. Super unprofessional trying to take advantage. ONE star because I was able to leave with my car in ONE piece.

Wont recommend at all!!! My tire was almost blown and the wire was coming out so I ended up coming here since it was the only shop open near me and it was a emergency. He was automatically charging me $130 for a “new” tire and $13 for a “service fee(totals around to $143) I told him that I want to get a used tire and he claimed that they don’t have any used tires and was giving me attitude. He showed me a old sticker acting that it came out the tire and it was all wrinkled and looked old. He took really long adding in the new tire and when I was checking it out, he literally added a used tire and telling me it was a new tire and my rims also got scratched which I’m guessing it’s from the installation. I still had to pay and still had to get the tire because I had no other option and I don’t have a spare. Would never go back and the place looked sketchy.
