I called Andrews needing a diagnostic. He came out within the next hour and identified that I needed a tune up. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I definitely recommend.

I’ve used Andrews Tunes Ups for both of my vehicles and I can honestly say Anthony is an honest and professional mechanic. He works on Sunday which is super helpful! I recently had an issue with my Hyundai. I called him once I got to work, he answered right away. He came to my job within an hour. When he diagnosed my car, he told me the price I agreed. When he came back with the parts I was in a meeting. He was literally done with the job by the time my meeting was over. I highly recommend !

Andrews Tune-ups definitely knows his craft! Professional, dependable and an honest mechanic, you don’t find mechanics like these often. He completed a diagnostic and fixed the problem, all while explaining what was going on with my vehicle. Moving forward, he will definitely be my go to for maintenance and work done on my car. Doesn’t allow customers to provide any parts. Plus, wanted to charge a whopping $750 bucks for a starter (part and installation).

Today I called on Andrews Tune-ups to come out and do a diagnostic on my car because my check engine light is on. He called before he out in a timely manner, took his time to examine in my car fully and was very explaining of what the problem could be. He was very polite and friendly. Thank you. I will be calling again in the future.

Andrews Tuneups was a wonderful mechanic experience. I’m newer to the city, and don’t have a lot of family around. Being inexperienced with cars as well, of course I’m a bit skeptical in who I choose as a mechanic, as so many people take advantage of others nowadays. I wanted to find someone great at what they do, but also 100% honest, and I found that here. Andrews was straightforward, professional, and extremely timely. He told me what my car needed and what it would cost, but didn’t pressure me into any services or repairs. And most importantly— my car had quite a few issues, and he has it running SO much better. I would recommend him to anybody, and definitely will be contacting him for whatever needed in the future.

I am so pleased with this service. I appreciated the professionalism and overall his many years of experience speaks for itself. I was given a tune-up & brand new alternator service, the entire job was done under 2 hours time! (Unheard of at the dealership I usually go to). This mechanic came PREPARED. I did shell out more money than I had initially intended, however unlike many mechanics I've dealt with in the past I was not pressured into paying for what I didn't want done. I've paid so much more in the past without getting what I needed to be done. This time I got EXACTLY what I paid for with no fuss at all. Mechanic made himself clear about what was going on with my car AND he even followed up the next day to ensure I was still happy with the service. It's so refreshing to know there are mechanics out there who still practice good customer service. I can feel the difference in how my car runs now. I'm grateful and appreciative at how organized, professional, and personable the mechanic was. I'd certainly recommend his service to others.

I had some rattling that was coming from the front wheel well of my tires that I was worried about. Made a call and Andrew came the next day, took a look at the problem, and fixed it in 15 minutes. Very professional and friendly, and I appreciate that he took time to explain and show me what was wrong with my car. I think the price was reasonable for the service, and I would definitely recommend this service. If I ever need service to my car again, I will definitely be calling this business.

So I moved up here to GA from Miami with my Fiance and I was looking hours for a mechanic with good reviews to service her car. And I ran across Andrew's Tune Up when I say the knowledge, experience and customer service was amazing!!! If I can give 10 stars I would. On time mobil service and her car is running great. Again if you having car problems don't hesitate to contact Andrew. Will be our mechanic going forward. A+ service!!!

Andrew was great and I will definitely use his services again in the future. When I called him and told him what was up with my car he explained what he would have to do and how much to expect cost wise. He was available next day and even was able to arrive earlier than expected. In addition to fixing the original issue I called him about, he also identified another concern and told me what I could do to fix it. It is obvious that he is an experienced professional.

Andrew was great! Was on time and very professional. I loved his honesty and we had a good friendly chat all while he fixed my car right in front of me. He replaced some spark plugs and my air filter. 10/10 recommend his service. Talk about convenience! Also no hidden fees and reasonable pricing.

He sounded annoyed that I called him and then gave me a time that he would get to my car between 930am and 230pm? WHAT??? I understand you may not know how long it would take to fix whatever the issue is but a wide time frame like that just to even see my car? Yea, NO. Pass!

I needed some help with my ranger so i searched on Google and found this gentleman. I initially thought it was a shop that I could go to, but when i called he stated he was mobile. I gave him the address and he said the earliest he can come was tomorrow. He didn't give me a time right then, just tomorrow morning. Andrew called an hour before I had to wake up for work and told me he would be there in about 45 min-1 hour. Andrew arrived a little early which by all means is no problem at all. The unfortunate issue on my part was that my cell phone died for some unknown reason. My alarm clock went off at 830am and i knew something was off considering i was expecting a call before the clock went off. I then noticed my phone was completely off. I texted Andrew immediately and noticed he asked for my gate code at 8:08 am. I responded and apologized profusely. He called me immediately and told me he called me 6 times. I told him i was sorry and explained everything that happened. He then told me he was on his way to the next appt, of which i completely understood. It was my delay. But then what followed threw me for a complete loop. Andrew had the expectation that if i wanted him to come out again, that i would have to pay the 75 dollar estimate fee up front. I could understand maybe 15-20 bucks for a trip fee, gas wise, but paying 75 dollars to a person i never met for being 18 minutes late didn't rub me the right way. I'll just take it that he doesn't want to do business with me, as opposed to having a realistic expectation that someone would give money to another, never having met them in this day and age of scams.
