Andys Auto & Truck repair have done an awesome job with P.M'S & unplanned breakdown repairs on our fleet of medium duty utility trucks. They have always made us a priority & the quality of work on these big trucks shows how much pride they take in their work. A lot of shops will tell you they are the best , but Andys Auto & Truck Repair has proven time & time again why we continue to bring our fleet of big utility trucks to Andys. If there were more stars I'd give them. Honestly I can't recommend these folks enough. I did the absolute dumbest thing any man can do-- starved my Ford Triton V10 of oil and completely trashed the top end (could have been much worse actually). I really struggled to find shops that would work on it. There's not many around, and those that exist are owned by nightmare corporations that will just really cause more issues than they solve and leave you with a huge bill as thanks. Now I'm on old motorhead and given the engine was still running but just making a racket, I pretty much knew it was going to need at the minimum new camshafts and rollers. I priced both crate engines and the new parts and had a pretty good idea what the parts cost would likely be going into it. I considered the repair myself, but I have two kids, a full time job and just don't have that kind of time anymore. I was fully expecting shops to completely steam roll me since they know you're over a barrel-- which is exactly what happened to me when I got my first couple of quotes. But not Andy's. These guys gave me a very reasonable quote with reasonable parts markups and fair labor costs for what it takes to do an in-place cam/roller replacement. This kind of repair isn't cheap, but their price was fair, so I decided to go with them. Here's where these guys really rock. After about 600 miles of driving the engine started making noise again. My heart sank (and this time I knew it wasn't oil starvation because now I obsessively check every time I get in this vehicle!!). I was mentally preparing myself to be told I'm out of luck, because I'm just so used to being treated poorly as a customer these days. Do you want to know what Andy's did? They took my vehicle back in, did the entire top end again, admitted they made a mistake, and stood behind their work. I was absolutely floored. Ab-so-lutely FLOORED!!! Here's what I hate about this. I know they made basically zero dollars from my repair, and that really makes me sad. My engine now has over 5000 miles since they did the second repair and it's running like a kitten. Not only will I give them the first right of refusal on any engine work I personally have, I will recommend them to anyone who has any engine work needs for the rest of my god-given life. To make up for either breaking even or taking a loss on my repair, I hope that all of you reading this will not even hesitate to give them your business. Oh and also-- I was an easy target for shaming given that this whole mess was my fault. They didn't once make me feel bad about that. Professional and caring all the way through. I love these guys and can't say enough good things about them.

Dude…… this guy Andy really saved me a ton. He was honest about the work he was doing and had every chance to screw me over due to my ignorance and didn't. 10/10 highly recommend

Exceptional service and professional. I work with a fleet of 50 vehicles and the Andy’s team keeps everything running no matter where the job is. Andy's does not just repair trucks. They commit themselves to your business. I manage a 17 vehicle fleet and keeping all of them on the road has proven difficult in the past, but not since we started using andy's. Same day repairs, onsite repairs, you name it these guys will get it done. Stuart, Cody, Christian, Kevin absolutely rock and me and my business will continue to use them. You should too!

I've used Andy's Automotive for about the past year now for my fleet of moving and junk removal vehicles and couldn't be happier with the level of service this team provides. Always quick to respond, professional, honest and upfront with pricing. They're also mobile which has not only been very convenient but incredibly helpful during our busier days, making sure my fleet is able to stay on the road. Highly recommend!

I currently run The Davey Tree Expert Company here in Jacksonville and we were looking for a mechanic that could be our one stop shop and treat us fairly across the board on all repairs, I made the decision to give Andy’s all our repairs from roadside service to weld repairs to maintaining our fleet of trucks and I do not regret the decision one bit, finding and honest mechanic is hard and to find one that will price fairly with the size of our company is harder and Andy’s has been nothing but a pleasure to work with.

I will be using these guys until they are no longer in business. Cody, Stuart, and Matt are all amazing. My 2012 Veloster needed some work and they told me what was and wasn't needed. They replaced my clutch and proceeded to tell me what did and didn't look good under my vehicle. These guys are super knowledgeable and honest; a hard thing to find in the automotive world. They do all the work on my company's trucks as well so even my business trusts these guys 100%. Call them up and they'll come to you! They will make you laugh until you cry and feel like you don't know how to drive when you stall out for the first time with that new clutch, though :P I highly recommend these guys. They're wonderful and worth every penny.

My roll-off dumpster company has been using Andy’s Automotive and Truck Service for the last two years. Stuart and Cody are so professional and take great care of my fleet of trucks. They are always quick to respond, even if one of my trucks is broken down somewhere, and are quick to get it back up and running. It is important that my trucks are repaired quickly, and because they are mobile, they often do repairs where my trucks are stored, which is very convenient. I highly recommend these guys for fleet repairs or even general repairs to your personal vehicles (they take care of my personal vehicle as well as my husband’s, and my kids’ vehicles). Great family-owned business!

they do good work, but they like to quote a quick turn around time, but then take all day without communicating. I understand things come up or don't always go as planned, but a simple text to the vehicle owner about the delay goes a long way. this happened with our first visit, they said it should be done by lunch and it was hardly done by the end of the day. on the way home we realized something was wrong. they had forgot about a belt that was removed for the AC and it was shredded. They offered to repair at no cost, but this means I had to give them my vehicle again. When they did fix it they said bring it in first thing and we will get to it asap, this time it was not done until well after business hours. the vehicle being worked on is a short bus that is also our home, and I don't appreciate leaving my home somewhere with the expectation of a several hour wait, and then hours go by with no communication TWICE. not likely to return

I was struggling to find a way to get lug nut locks off my car with a damaged tire to match and this great man appeared out of nowhere when I was leaving a auto store for the 1000 time feeling hopeless and helped me without hesitation he willingly and happily helped me and gave me hope that there is still great and helpful people in this world. I usually never leave reviews but after such amazing work and professionalism I felt I had too! I have called upon Stewart on multiple occasions and every single time he has come through to save the day! This last time, Stewart drove an hour and half away, in the woods to fix my problem with my truck. A 3rd generation repairman, you can see the expertise as he easily deciphers the problem with the truck! A truly horrible situation was made better by the timeliness, professionalism and convenience of this business! Thank you again!

My A/C compressor decided to lock up while I was visiting Jax, I just so happened to look up and see one of the service vans heading up the street and called the number. Stuart answered and came to my rescue. He saw the problem, grabbed the parts, and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Thank you again Stuart!!!

Received great service and had an overall great experience! Stuart saved me time, money, and stress when my tire got torn up and my rim was damaged. Instead of having to wait/pay for a tow truck and take it to a shop where they would have charged me more, Stuart was able to transport my car, find a new rim and tire and put it all on within a small portion of the afternoon. I was able to drive my car home when I was fully expecting and preparing myself to have to find some other transportation for the next day! Highly recommend this service!

Stuart replaced an axle, tie rod, and lower control arm (along with other components) after it was damaged in a curb collision, he had us up and running in no time. I'm a newer native to Jacksonville and needed to find a honest and fair mechanic, I'm glad I used these guys as they checked all the boxes. I highly recommend Andy's ATS, I will be using them again.

We were stranded in JAX for 2 days before finding Stuart. He came out and was so professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. We appreciated his honesty when we needed to be sent to Ford. He was upfront about his pricing and went above and beyond. He even took his time to explain what he was doing to my boyfriend who worked so hard to try fix it while we were calling for help (see photo). He also offered to work as a liaison for us in case we didn’t understand what Ford told us. Super cool family business. I would highly recommend.

Stuart and Cody installed running boards on my new Jeep. They came out to my home to do the install. The manufacturer failed to provide some spacers needed for the install so Stuart and Cody went out, picked up the spacers and finished the install. They did an amazing job and the running boards look great!
