Called to ask if they work on diesel trucks, was met with a response of “not available today” to which I responded “I just mean in general do you work on diesel trucks?” Andy then responded “mmmmm what kind of truck?” “I informed him it was a F350 dually.” Andys response was “Nope! Commercial only.” The lack of consideration and respect was astounding. This man could not be bothered. I understand if you’re busy- let your voicemail answer but to be blatantly rude and disrespectful as a small business was mind boggling. Best of luck if you decide to reach out.

Broke down just north of Gaylord. Andy was there within fifteen minutes. Great guy helped us with what we needed. Would definitely give him a call he knows what he is doing.

I cannot say enough good things anout Andy. We broke down in our class a deisiel pusher . Andy was quick to our rescue. Excellent mechanic, premium service, honest and very reasonable pricing. I felt comfortable getting back on the road.
