Zero Stars!! Avoid this place and save your money and the stress you will endure using this place. Slow service, ruined my car completely and the dealership will not even work on it now. Useless and now heading to court to recover damages. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING

Excelente servicio, buen trato, mécanicos especializados y certificados eso es importante, busque en internet ya que necesitaba un electromécanico rush y los encontré a ellos, lo recomiendo al 100 0/0. Pregunten por Ramón y Ana son muy atentos. Gracias por su ayuda con mi guagua. Dios los bendiga!

Llevé mi carro para arreglar unos detalles de liqueo y en la inspección se dieron cuenta de que necesitaba de algo más y gracias a eso mi carro está mejor ahora. Superaron mis expectativas. Rafael, el dueño es muy amable y te mantiene informado del proceso y además me solicitó llevarlo a los 8 días para asegurarse de que todo continúa bien. Feliz con los resultados! Recomendado 💯

Very unprofessional. Even at the point of calling the cops as he came to my job to harass me. Irresponsible. Lack of customer service. Lack of car knowledge. Save your money going another shop!

Great service .. they really know what they are doing .. rafael was very knowledgeable... i took my car to a few other mechanics and they couldn't fine the problem .. Since Rafael is not a mechanic he is a TECHNICIAN.. he was able to find the problem and solve it ..

Súper servicio y atención por parte de Rafael Ramos , mi carro prendió una luz en el tablero “Check Engine” que me puso bastante preocupado pero cuando llegué al taller me ayudaron a resolver el problema inmediatamente. Recomiendo este taller si buscas servicio de primera , precio y atención . Gracias !!!

La verdad yo encontré este taller mecánico en internet yo le traje una Ford F250 y tenía problemas con el pistón tiene un excelente servicio es muy humano la verdad yo que de muy satisfecho por que mi camioneta quedó muy bien se los recomiendo visítenlo no se van arrepentir de antemano gracias amigo que dios te bendiga

I took my 2017 BMW X5 to this shop and they did an excellent job. Rafael is the owner and he is very knowledgeable and professional. Great costumer service. Will definitely recommend him.

Brought my wife 2006 BMW 325I in for service, the knowledge and service was spectacular! There’s nothing better than good and friendly service. Definitely going to keep returning for service as needed! Will recommend this place to any BMW or Mercedes owners!! And even better, prices are amazing!!! Definitely an Angel from up above!!

Great, professional mechanics. Very fair with price. I went here after a poor experience at another mechanic and right away the owner and technician Rafael was able to figure out the problem and fix it very quickly. Extremely happy with the service provided. Will definitely be coming back.

Stay away from this place I brought my perfectly fine 2021 glc Mercedes Benz here because the Mercedes dealership was full and didn’t have any appointments available! I needed a service B my Mercedes was in perfect condition never shook before my engine light never was on before until after I did a service B here with Rafael and now my car shakes every day and my engine light comes on every day and now I have to make an appointment at Mercedes to fix the problem save your money and your time I would not recommend this place he will mess up your car

Rafael is an amazing mechanic!! Super knowledgeable and professional. He has great customer service and explained everything to me. He was able to find the issue in my car that no other mechanic has been able to find. He fixed it in a day. He was super nice and I definitely recommend him for any car troubles you may have! Definitely going to return whenever I have an issue!

Rafael was a pleasure to work with! I took my 2008 Chevy Colorado there because my ignition was not working right. He fixed it completely all within 24 hours! I’m so glad I found a reliable mechanic in Orlando area and he will have my business as long as I live in Orlando! 10/10 I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a top tier mechanic with great customer service.
