ANJ tires in Wills was recommended to me because I needed to get a used rim. I got to the shop and I believe the manager greeted me. I told him the situation he began looking through all his wheels to find one that fit my car. his coworker or employee came in speaking in Spanish and and chatted him for taking the time to look for my will because the way the store is organized. He had to pick up a lot of tires before you found one that fit my car he gave the new tire to his coworker who was responsible for taking the tire off the old rim and put it on the used room the worker did not want to serve me and put the rim on what he did instead was he took my tire put large X marks on the outer wall of my tires they were/marks and then put my tire on my way will Will WHEEL he came back speaking to his supervisor in Spanish telling him that he needed to make me buy a new tire. The manager tried to get me to buy the new tire, but I told him that it was outside of my budget at this time. The disgruntled employee put my old tire on the wheel and slashed it with giant X marks. The other day, my tire went flat while parked in the front of my house. I was so glad that it did not happen while we were driving the car, I didn’t notice the X marks until the day after I had already gave them a tip for doing the work but notice the X marks so I decided not to write right away any emotional state I wanted to write in the objective way about horrible service that was given to me at ANJ tire and will to be fair. The manager was cool and was really trying to work with me in terms of price, but his coworker was ANJ Tires & Wheels was recommended to me because I needed to get a used rim. The worker did not want to serve me, but his supervisor insisted he accomplish it. He took my tire and cut large X marks on the outer wall of my tire. The disgruntled employee returned to his supervisor, speaking in Spanish and telling him he needed to make me buy a new tire. Neither of the men knew that I could understand Spanish. The manager tried to get me to buy the new tire, but I told him it was outside my budget. The disgruntled employee put my old tire on the wheel and slashed it with giant X marks. I wanted to write objectively about horrible service given to me at ANJ tire & wheel. To be fair, the manager was fantastic and was really trying to work with me in terms of price, but his coworker was rude and bitter toward me. I sensed the negative energy, and I even gave the man a tip before I knew he had slashed my tire. That's why I give them a two-star rating. If they did this to me, I wouldn’t want them to do this to someone else. And someone gets hurt because of their service. of controland for this I give them a two rating if they did this to me I wouldn’t want them to do this to someone else and someone really gets hurt because of their service.

Very shady business. Unfair sold me some tires that he considered to be in very good condition. HORRIBLE CONDITION. WATCH OUT. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE. YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.

Fast Friendly service in and out the only bad thing is that the city change the street no left turns on light headed southbound so you have to go to the next available left turn and come back or go all the way around
