Called and got me right in. Car was reading it was overheating. Engine symbol appeared . Took to him and he cleared symbol and told me what the code reader had said. Assured me of a malfunction on my car. Called later that night to check on me as I was 2 hrs out of my home of ks. Thanks again you was really helpful.

Excellent service. Honest, knowledgeable, and reliable. Hard to find that in a mechanic these days. The best mechanic in OKC, for sure. Replaced my Yukon's coolant sensor very quickly. Needs 10 Stars.

Was passing through OKC heading home from a 30 day hitch in the field, alternator went out in the car, he was recommended by a gentleman at O,Reilys and was able to get me In right away. As soon as I pulled in my car was automatically put in the bay and started working on it. Very reasonable pricing and I highly recommend this shop for anyone. Thank you .

I have been taking my cars to An-Thanh's for over 30 years. They have replaced several engines and transmissions for me as well as a multitude of other more minor repairs on a multitude of vehicles. The work has always been done beautifully and on time. The prices have been better than anywhere else I have seen or heard of. I send all of my friends to An-Thanh's for any auto needs.

It’s so hard to find a good, reliable mechanic. This company went above and beyond when the fan in my Tahoe started acting funny. I had my car towed to his shop and it was ready the next day . After calling several companies for estimates, his price was hands down the best !

The owner tells me to bring me car in the next morning, get there and he tells me it’s Friday so doesn’t want to work. After he finally does works on it he decides he to complete the work without calling to tell me he’s decided to charge me $200 More because he ordered the wrong part so took him longer to finish then yells at me on the phone to pay him. Unbelievably unprofessional and shady. I do NOT recommend at all. They will do anything to get more money or try to keep your car

Walked in about 11:30 am, no appt. (after pricing the shop across the street), and was out the door, part fixed/car back to normal, by noon. Oh and the price was more than HALF what the shop across the street wanted, and they weren't even available to fix the part anytime soon. To say we are pleased is the understatement of the year! We've found our new full-time mechanic and there's no looking back! Thank you so much for ALL of your help, speed, professionalism and affordability! See you soon 😊!

i had a cut on my CV boot so i called around and most places were not able to set an appointment anytime soon. i called an-thanh garage and was told over the phone it would be done in a day. i dropped off my car after work on the 14th around 4pm and i got a call at 8am on the 15th that my car was repaired. the turn_around was less than 24 hours!! also the price was less than a third of the estimate of what firestone said over the phone. and the expeditious nature of mr thanh van nguyen repairing my vehicle leads me to believe he is the most honest, dependable and no-nonsense mechanic in the area. i am immensely grateful for his services.

I moved from Las Vegas to OKC in January 2021. After 30 years in Vegas, it's hard having to find a good honest mechanic to entrust your car to. I asked my brother who he recommended, that wasn't a dealership, and he recommended An Thanh's auto service. My brother has never recommended anything bad, and he definitely wasn't wrong on this one either. Even out of the 2 mechanics I trusted in all of Las Vegas, I don't think I've met a more honest sweet and humble person. And that's aside from the fact this is an awesome auto shop. I've been taking my car almost two years now, and he's the only place I'll take my car to, save one time when I had to go to a dealership to have some safety software updated. An Thanh, I feel, has never overcharged me or recommended anything my car didn't need. And if I thought something was up with my car, I would take it in to get checked out, and if he felt it was something that didn't need to be addressed right away and just keep an eye on it, he would tell me so. If the brakes were OK when I thought something was up, he would tell me. If something with a clicking I heard coming from my front end was OK for the time being and to just keep an eye on it, he would tell me. And you know what? He was right. Anything that I made note of to keep an eye on after he told me what he thought, was spot on when it came to time to fix it later. And if something was up with the car that he noticed and I hadn't, he would take the time to me and he would show me what he was talking about and explain the issue. An Thanh always spelled out exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost me, and if any additional cost was incurred, like having to special order parts due to auto supply shortages across the country, he would immediately call me and let me know. And knowing my whacky work schedule in my line of legal work, An Thanh always worked to fit me in, especially on the weekends when I'm free for the most part. And regarding any negative reviews that may be on here, I would say this: weigh those against An Thanh's 40+ years in business. In my experience, you don't stay in business that long without a good track record, especially in as competitive an industry as auto repair and when weighing competition for business between big auto dealerships against small businesses like this.

I took my van to two different places and was told it was fixed. But the same issue was still there. They had my car fixed in less than 3 hours and the price was Phenomenal. I’d recommend this shop for your car needs. The mechanic is great.

My family was staying in town when our 79 Ford bronco started having issues with the alternator. It was a holiday weekend and An-Thanh still worked tirelessly to get our truck back on the road before we had to get back home. An-Thanh and his son I believe is spelled Vihn (sorry I am not sure, but it's his son) are honest mechanics and have provided the fastest, best service. I had an engine and several other things replaced by An-Thanh in a Hyundai Tiburon in 2013/14 and when I purchased a BMW Mini Cooper I was nervous his shop may not be able to service a German made car but Vihn did an excellent job, and is just as good and honest as his dad. I'll never go anywhere else again!
