For months I’ve had a rattling and grinding sound when starting my car and driving it. No one could tell me what was wrong. I took it to Anthem Auto and within an hour, they figured out that the engine mount on one of the sides collapsed. They repaired the mount and I’ve been driving pretty ever since. Thanks guys! 😊

I have never been so impressed with a customer service experience-- much less as a woman at an auto shop! They are super communicative, clear, transparent, helpful, and convenient. Recommend to all my friends.

i saved my money and waited to get my car fixed with anthem bc of the great reviews. low and behold these folks were actually dishonest as the next mechanic. hurt my feelings!! again, they had really great reviews which is why i brought my car in. i have evidence for my protection. i was not even going to write a review, but i'm dealing with the same issue of dishonest mechanics years later and honestly i'm just a bit fed up. i keep letting people keep getting away with this stuff and it's costly. then you don't want to call them out bc u dont want retaliation while they still have your car. if you're young, a woman or don't know much about cars , make sure to a friend who does or get a second look. my experience is them taking advantage of my ignorance. they corrected it when a family member called them out but they never followed instructions to return certain parts.

Amazing people all around. Very communicative, I don’t feel like I’m getting scammed out of my money similarly how I feel in comparison to other repair shops, and very fair on pricing! Highly recommend Anthem!

Been working with them for years. Knowledgeable, clean working environment, excellent followup, pricing’s reasonable. Used to drive to Chamblee for all my Honda service (and deal with Uber, etc.) - not any more. If you’re in-town, this is the place to go.

No one likes spending money on car repairs, but this place always makes the experience more bearable. The team is amazing to work with and they are incredibly efficient and affordable. Thank you to Forry and the Anthem team for always being so amazing! I refuse to take my cars anywhere else.

Found from good reviews, and they were on spot. Minor issues, but quick response & appt. In & out in one day & next to train station. Staff was friendly, receptive, well informed and shop is clean and welcoming. Will be switching to them. They made it easy, something you can't say about most places!

I cannot recommend this shop enough. After being given the run around for years by several other mechanics, quoted thousands to fix my car, I brought it here only to find it was a simple fix for less than $500. Staff was welcoming, communicated every step of the process, and worked quickly. I had my car back the same day and have had no issues since. 3 years of stress they were able to fix in one afternoon. And the price I was quoted on the phone was down to the penny what I paid when I picked the car up, no scamming here. So thankful I found an honest auto repair shop and I will be bringing them all my business. Thank you guys!!!

New to the atlanta area and could not have asked for a better experience! I’m always hesitant about taking my car to a new repair shop but these guys are so worth it! dropped my car off after hours and they had everything fixed by lunchtime the next day. Reasonably priced and fantastic customer service. highly highly recommend!!!

Very involved process to correct problem 6 year old GM car. Process required removal of intake manifold, etc. Had brake fluid changed and brakes checked. Engine running much better. Best of all no leaks. They test drove car to be sure no misses or leaks and provided me with amount of brake pad remaining. Price was less than dealer.

A few days ago, I visited Anthem Auto for the first time. Chris was warm, personable, informative, and efficient. He took the time to explain pertinent details of the service I was to receive and provided a few educational tidbits. The front desk/waiting area is appealing, clean, and spacious; I like the energy. Once in a while, I'll stick around, grab a cup of coffee and wait. It was abundantly clear as to why Anthem Auto was booked at the time of my visit. Chris fit me in for next day service, and my car was ready early morning. Thank you for an amazing service experience. I look forward to many more!

I truly can’t say enough good things about this place and the people who work here. My car broke down and was sitting at the dealership for two months before I had it towed to Anthem. They diagnosed my car within a day and had it back to me within a week despite the long list of issues that needed attention. They provided updates throughout the process, and everyone I spoke to was so kind and helpful. I am beyond grateful for James and Forry and the whole team at Anthem- I will never take my car anywhere else!

I will begin by saying that the employees I have dealt with have been incredibly kind, had excellent communication skills, and have been very accommodating. However, I've taken my car here twice, spending close to $3,000 on repairs. After taking my car to this shop twice and paying over a thousand dollars each visit, they told me the problem should be mended but it isn't, and now my car has cutoff on me a THIRD time and will not start. I encourage you to be very hesitant and get multiple opinions before moving forward with any services they suggest.

So I've been burnt due to the car dealership where I took my car, and also had a small collision and had horrible time with collision center, but not with Anthem! These guys are really great. Forty was the one who received my request, and after that it was smooth sailing. They suggested to change my tires and did it perfectly. When I found some issue later on, i went there without an appointment and they took care of everything in an hour, without charging me. I think it's the best place near Buckhead for servicing and minor repairs. Just the best!

Brett , Forry, Chris, and the Anthem team did great work on my car. They fixed my door in a few hours and did not overcharge me for unnecessary parts. They are trustworthy people who do great work at a fair price. I highly recommend Anthem!

CAnt give these guys enough praise. They have been servicing and maintaining my vehicles for over 3 years now. Always promtp, polite and best mechanics in town. Never fell like the prices are high, but even if they are, the serivce and reliablity are more than wroth it! Don't trust anyone else to work on my vehicles.

I had my car towed their because it went to Limp mode. within an hour, they had diagnosed my problem and given me a quote to fix the the broken alternator. the quote was fair and to my surprise, they said they could most likely have it fixed the next day, assuming parts arrived. they did, and I got my car back relatively quickly.

Their work is well done and on time. But unless you are selecting from their list of fixed-price services, you may as well go to a dealer for what you’ll be paying in labor. I strongly recommend a second opinion or quote before proceeding here.

After a bad experience with work done at the Infiniti dealer, I started looking for a new shop. After reading positive reviews about Anthem, I decided to give them a chance and glad I did. The entire process, from booking online to dropping off my vehicle, was smooth. They explained everything clearly before and after inspecting my car. I just moved to ATL from the Florida keys. I was told before I moved from the dealership in Miami that I needed break pads. I took my car to Anthem Automotive with the intention of getting brake pads and a few other minor things fixed. Anthem told me my break pads were at 90% and didn’t need to be replaced. I appreciated their honesty so much. Best car service experience I’ve ever had!! If your car needs service soon, I 100% recommend Anthem. You will not be disappointed with their superb customer service!!

Once again, needed to take my car into the shop, and if course, I chose Anthem. It was a great experience, as far as car repairs go. The price for the work was fair, and my car was ready super fast! They even worked with my schedule. As long as I'm in Atlanta, I'll be going to Anthem for all my car repairs.
